Rooms felt stale and air felt musty, otherwise we would have stayed there.

Ashley was an amazing front desk clerk and helped us with anything and everything we needed!Rooms: Great rooms. Clean. Tv awesome. Mini fridge. Greats showers. Great ac and ceiling fan for good airflow. Bed was very comfortable. All around, a relaxing and perfect stay. We will be a recurring visitor for sure here either every year for a nice vacation or for any other occasions!Nearby activities: Literally walk across the street and the Hot Springs Hiking Trail is right there with the natural hot springs fountains. Warning: don't stick arm all the way in. It burns Food & drinks: Food was amazing quality and great accomodations. Not one bad thing here, period. Friendly service and helpful. Drinks are spot on and very affordable. Same as the great food. Also, we did not need to use room service but they are the same menu's for when you eat in the bar/lobby.

You'd think they'd at least clean the bathrooms....but noooo. This room is absolutely disgusting. Just checked in 5 min ago. Toilet is filthy and has pee all over it. Shower hasn't been cleaned at all. I got a rag and just lightly wiped across the shower. So gross!!!!

I was struggling with my reservation online so I called. Sammie was super helpful and patient. She was basically my personal trip planner, answering my many questions about the area without once seeming rushed or annoyed. I’m not even there yet and I already feel welcome:)

I love old buildings and appreciate architecture and that was the reason why I booked here avoiding my points and membership benefits from other hotel groups. But I was wrong. When you entered the corridor from the elevator, the smell was like visiting your grandpa room (I don’t know how to describe it). Then, if you succeeded entering your room with their dingy keys, you will find what you paid for. Coffee station with K- pop without any machine, dirty carpet that you have to put your socks on all the time, the bathroom was rusty (I didn’t even used) and mirror with black spots that you have seen in your Hollywood horror movies. The best part is they will charge you $15 as resort fees for this excellent amenities. Plus, breakfast is not free like other hotels in this price range. I can understand this building is old but you can do better job in an old building. It was such a shame!

Come here for the history. Ignore the 1 star reviews.. the hotel is 100 years old! You will see cracks in the walls, rust stains, layers of old paint, etc. But the hotel works hard to ensure everything is clean. The hotel is currently undergoing a full renovation.

Historical for sure, I should have read the reviews before I booked. Booked two rooms and it was sure dirty, dirty floors, dirty walls, dirty window seals (broken window) we had wind whistling into the room all night. I understand it’s someone’s history but things can be revamped. We were traveling and saw the seafood buffet they had offered. Now that’s a review I’m going to write too. Food was not warm & dry. There is no continental breakfast unless you get the pkg or you have to go to the restaurant, I would have given it a shot but after the dinner service we had the night before we didn’t want to risk it. Went down the street to IHOP, it’s not about the money it’s the service and cleanliness. I brought this up at check out and they acted like they didn’t hear me, deaf ears priceless. Employees were great. I had to give it some time before I wrote the review.Rooms: Dirty, old & sad Walls look like they need touchup and roof tiles are having live mold on it.Safety: Live black mold in roof tiles.Food & drinks: I wouldn’t recommend the restaurantNoteworthy details: Bar looks modern.

Although we didn't stay here this trip to hot springs we have stayed here in the past several times. The old hotel is so iconic if you have a chance to you just must stay here at least once in your lifetime. It has so much history. I always try to at least go into the hotel while in downtown hotsprings just to walk around and look at it.

I was on the 7th floor and its really nothing more than a small room with small beds and bad paint jobs to try and cover up the chipling walls resulting in more chipped paint. The bathrooms are nasty and dirty and have mold and mildew. Everything is rusted and there were bugs in all of the corners. Update- they offered to upgrade my room

If you’ve visited Hot Springs you know about the Arlington. We had always wanted to stay there so we planned a girls trip to stay there! It’s an old hotel, but still nice. There were a lot of things I would change, obviously. One being the door knob to our room. We had to have the front desk help us get in! I will say that Romeo at the front desk was very helpful and offered to come up to the room with me, without me even asking. Through out our stay he could often been seen at the desk and was always helpful when we asked questions.

During my recent stay at your hotel, I was incredibly impressed by the outstanding service provided by your employee Sammie Jo. Her attention to detail, professionalism, and genuine care for our stay truly made my experience exceptional. I want to commend Sammie Jo for going above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. Her dedication reflects positively on your establishment, and I look forward to returning in the future.Walkability: Excellent locating! Downtown nightlife is in walking distance from the hotel

It's beautiful downstairs. The room I was in was not good quality for price of room. Parking sucks! I had to park in garage that is not sure where to park.

This is the nastiest hotel I have ever been in in my entire life. And I've been to motels across the country.

First impressions are everything. We arrived at 9pm and were told valet parking was closed. The only option was self parking across the street which was extremely inconvenient

The rooms are older and smaller than modern rooms but still comfortable. Lots of old world charm. Some areas could stand to be renovated, but it seems they are working on that. Check out the mall underneath the hotel! The rooms had refrigerators and tiny coffee makers, but no microwaves.Rooms: Small by modern standards, but comfortable. Refrigerator and small coffee pod machine, but no microwave. Couldn't find the ice makers.Nearby activities: Superior Bathhouse Brewery, Madame Tussauds, Ohio Club, Hot Springs Promenade, Hot Springs Mountain, Bathhouse Row, souvenir shop, Kilwins.Safety: Small town, didn't feel unconfirmed walking around at any time of day or nightWalkability: Hotel is in the center of it all.
