I like shopping at this store but made the mistake of buying an appliance, dishwasher, from Sam's Club. Being a Sam's Club member you get free basic installation with installation kit for your dishwasher. Trained certified installers are to install and haul away old dishwasher . I called several times to Samsung, Sam's Club and the delivery service RXO.com in order to find out what prep or requirements in needed for my install. I was only told it would be installed. I asked is the delivery people also the installer and what was needed from me before installation again only it will be installed and some one will get back to me, never happened. Delivery arrived and they did not know it was supposed to be installed. When told it was to be installed, they went to uninstall old and did not know that the screws holding it in had to be removed before trying to pull it out.
Since I was never contacted I did not know what water line they were providing I needed different connector. they could not connect water. They power cord provided was a 240 volt plug for a 110 volt dishwasher. They were very unprofessional and it appeared as they were just winging it as this was the last delivery of the day. NEVER BUY an appliance from Sam's Club till someone can verify before delivery what the home owner needs to have prepared. No assistance from anyone. Old Dishwasher still here and the power cord is useless as it is the wrong type of plug. This was a disaster as I have an unboxed dishwasher, a disconnected old dishwasher in my kitchen. Use Lowes, Home Depot or Costco before ordering an appliance from Sam's Club

I have been a member for several years, actually liked shopping there. But a couple of days ago my disabled husband and I went there for a few things. I got him a motorized cart to get around the store on. The cart was at 100% battery, he rode it for about 10-15 minutes no problem. We get to the other side of the store it drops to 15%. There was no way it could have dropped so quickly. The problem we have is simply NO ONE had the decency to stop to help us. I literally had to pull him to the front of the store, where we still had no help. I'm not so sure we will ever go back and I certainly won't recommend them to anyone. What happened to all the helpful staff?

Love Sam's and don't have anything against the franchise itself but the deli or meat Dept in this Sam's is not up to standards in my experience. I've had an instance when I've gotten sushi and it's been bad. The salads are filled with lettuce ends to make the weight and just a filler. Looks good but when you get it home was filled with what should've been put in the garbage. Prices are already high so at least give me something to feel I've gotten my moneys worth.

The help desk is amazingly inefficient. Plenty of staff but no organization. Plan on spending at least 30 minutes waiting for a quick return...

Sam's has some decent things but it isn't as good as Costco. We use Sam's for some fill in stock instead of driving to little rock. The problem is that we try to use scan and go and it doesn't work. The employees have no clue and we end up having to go back and check out through the line. This hassle has made my decision to drive to Costco instead of shopping at Sam's

we go once a month to this store it is Hot Springs AR. we love the products and the store employees are helpful. overall the store has large products that are great. I only wish they had more natural health products like ginko biloba and elderberry, not gummies which are useless. I can get general poducts like nasanex and tomotoe paste, honey, laundry products. I would like a natural health area with the items noted. we do love the store.

Wouldn't know what to do with my Sam's. I love the Scan and Go and have been doing it for years and can't imagine why others don't use it. You can use it also at the gas station.

Overall the store is great, well laid out and good selection of items. My only complaint is the tire dept. employees. Good luck on getting the phone answered, called twice and the phone was never answered, wanted to check on the hours they were open. We got there and was told by an employee the stopped taking customers at 4:30 and I got there at 4:33 and there was no vehicles in the bays but they would not take my vehicle. I guess they were just following orders,
