My wife and I are relatively new to the area, and knew that our vehicle needed some work. We've been burned by dishonest mechanics before, however, which caused us to be a little apprehensive. It so happened that my wife met Justin at her place of work, found out through their discussion that he worked at an auto shop, and was immediately impressed by his manner. She told me that she felt like he would be the clear best option for the (admittedly simple) work that we needed done. He came across to her as immediately honest and knowledgeable.
It took a couple of months for me to call and schedule an appointment at Bosche's, but he remembered who my wife was immediately as I introduced myself. He was professional and to the point, and I waited in the waiting room they have on site after dropping it off. It had a few amenities like drinks and such, with chairs that were comfortable enough. I didn't have to wait long, the team had our car in and out in a flash. Justin was generous in what he did for us as well, which we greatly appreciate.
To top it all off, there was a mat on the floor of the car that they had put in to keep it clean. That's a small thing, but it's those small things which make it clear that a service has been thought through. I've already recommended Bosche's to friends, and will certainly be taking my car back for regular servicing.

Justin and team are responsive and extremely helpful. Came in to replace a worn wheel bearing and my car was ready early next morning. If you need an honest mechanic with reasonable pricing and quality work, this is it. Will be going here for all repairs moving forward.

I found out about Boche‘s auto service through a mutual friend. They air conditioner was out on my truck and I wanted to transmission and coolant serviced. So I went to Boche’s auto service met with the owner Justin. I describe my problem and he was familiar with that particular problem on the air conditioning And told me probably what it was but he would have to check and see I got a ride home with my grandson in about two hours later Justin called tell me what the problem was and it was what he thought it was and what it would cost to fix it. I said OK go ahead and fix it. He said we’ll have it ready this afternoon. I was shocked to have it done so quickly. Justin called about 505 and stated my truck was ready for pick up and how much the bill would be! I was shocked how quick they got it done and the bill was far less than what I thought it would be! I
If you’re needing auto work done on your vehicle, I highly suggest you take it to Bushes auto service! He now has a customer for life and with my family and friends. I will highly recommend him! The staff is friendly. The whole experience was great.! A true 10 of 10 experience!!

I can't say enough good things about Bosche's. Their customer service is excellent. What I especially appreciate is that I'm an older lady, when I have an issue with my car I can call Bosche's with vague description of the problem and they take the time to find the problem, they never dismiss my concerns. I have used Bosche's for many years now and would never consider going elsewhere. They are excellent at what they do, you won't be disappointed

I was traveling yesterday through Jonesboro. I had to stop at O'Reillys to have diagnostics run to find out why my engine light came on. It was a fuel injection error and I knew I couldn't make it the 300 miles I still had to travel. I thought I was stuck for a few days as every shop I called told me they were too backed up to help me until I called these guys. Not only did they have me back on the road in two hours, the manager tossed me the keys to the shop truck so I could go get something to eat. When I got back, the Jeep was waiting for me. This place comes with my highest recommendation. Complete first class operation.
