The owner is freaking awesome! I was allowed to see his personal military collection. We talked about lots military history and he asked me if I served. Told him I did and he asked if I had anything I didn’t want lol. He tried lol. Reason for my rating is due to the woman who sits on the left. She’s rude as hell!!!!! Won’t let ANYONE pay their unit with the other person who sits on the right. She’s a back stabbing, lier!! If anyone needs to pay their bill, I HIGHLY recommend seeing the person on the right (Rita). She’s so phenomenal and polite and just loves dealing with people!

We put some friends belongings in one of the pods, it itself looked pretty kept up with the fence didn't look like it was tore up from people trying to get in

I have asked the ladies for help with my storage unit, I even tried to make one partial payment to help me catch up. They told me that they dont accept partial payments. One of the women said that if I keep her updated about my situation that she would help me. I called and was telling them what was going on with my finances so I could receive the help they had OFFEERED, I was told to stop calling and begging for help with my unit. I was only doing what they had asked me to do, if they didn't want to help me they could have said so at the start. The ladies that run the units are rude and in my opinion horrible people that only tell you what you want to hear until it comes time for them to actually give you the help that they had promised before. I plan to pay up to my current month and on that day I will be taking my business somewhere else.

Rented a unit here for about 6 months. Very clean and employees were wonderful. They do charge for if you lose your key to your lock and need them to cut it off.
