Our driver, Florez (hope that's right..I was sitting in the back seat so I might not have heard correctly), was the BEST!!! He was kind and super helpful! He went out of his way to help us by getting our truck to where it needed to be to get worked on then getting us to the car rental place so we could get a car to get home in.....and wouldn't leave until he made sure we got a car!! Treated us more like family than broke-down out-of-towners! This company cares about their customers; highly recommend them!!!

Our driver, Josh, arrived quickly and got the car where it needed to go. I paid about 80$ for in-town, which was close to my expectations. He got it up on the trailer and helped me get a flashlight at the damage so I had a better idea about the status of my car. Courteous, professional, and fast. They had no issue finding me (not on a major road), and I only waited about 10 minutes from the time I made the call at 9 pm despite football Saturday traffic.

No issues, great service!
Had a tire shop in Benton that failed to properly tighten my lugs on my dually work truck. Both rear wheels fell off and left me setting few miles from 67 on my axle. Shortly after fleet contacted them, driver contacted me for location and details. He got work truck lifted and towed all the way back to Benton. Great service
