I always have the absolute worst experience at the Liberty Tax at the Johnson Street location. This morning, I called to get some assistance regarding the amount I was getting back. I could hear an employee in the background fussing. That was not a good look you could tell that she didn't want to be bothered. She told me that she couldn't access it. I called the Liberty Tax on Highland, and they gave me the information that I needed right away. The issue was is that she is new and didn't know how to do it, which is understandable. Why lie to the customers, just be honest, I would have completely understood. After two bad experiences at Liberty Tax @ Johnson St,, I will be going back to Richard Long @ Tax Pro who I had been filing with for almost 10 years.
