I was in town for a funeral and while there I got a flat tire due to the construction on the 67/167 access roads and broke a lug and stud changing my tire. I explained that I had to leave on Wednesday to travel back home. They got me in and out so I could stay on my schedule. They were very friendly and understandable. Would definitely recommend them! “My engine light came on Friday on my way home from work. I dropped it off over the weekend so it would be there when they could work it in. I know they stay busy (sign of great auto repair shop) and they got to it as soon as possible. They diagnosed the problems and got my car up and running. They ran into a little problem and kept working on it until it was right! As a woman I love having a shop I can go to and not worry about being jerked around. Repairs were so much less than I feared. “We have Dodge work trucks each with the 5.9L Cummins diesel engine. They are older and high mileage, but mostly highway miles. One truck began making a sound similar to a dentist drill which after some research I felt the turbocharger may need some service. I read the reviews and decided on Arkansas Turbo. It's one of the best decisions I ever made. We dropped the turbocharger off and they had it ready the next afternoon with all of the gaskets we needed for installation and it looked like new. After we installed the turbocharger and went for a test ride the truck ran better than it has in a long while. Evidently this should have been done a long time ago. I want to thank Robin, Lynn, and Brandon for the excellent job they did in helping us get back on the road. I highly recommend this company for any turbocharger needs you may have.”
