"New store is awesome. Servers here rock. Food is hot and made exactly as ordered. I see a lot of complaints here. Mostly whining about speed. Apparently people are having a hard time understanding the difference between a sit down restaurant and fast food. When you are in an establishment as busy as this one, your speed will naturally trail off a bit. That being said, the speed here is well above average."
"The renovations are beautiful... but the new staff was poorly trained. Slow service and lots of mistakes in the kitchen. My food was remade twice before it was adequate and my boyfriend's food was allegedly remade, but it was the exact same food just colder. I never got a refill on my water and we were there for almost 2 hours!! Still waiting on my check..."
"Horrible!!!!! Needs new staff PERIOD! No manager was duty to even report the problems to or even manage the freaking staff. My family and showed up, we were seated at a dirty table, we didn't receive drinks til 30mins after we were seated. The waiters passed us up continuously until my family asked for drinks. We were there a whole hour before receiving our food. By the time we got our food everyone had almost left the restaurant. I know one thing I will never ever go to this location again. Just horrible then they had the nerve to charge us extra for certain drink. Just unpleasant!"
"It was okay in the end but it was a rough start. I ordered pancakes with Nutella and bananas, a few minutes later the lady tells me they don't have bananas, no big deal, I tell her that's fine. We wait forever. When she brings our food she says "We're out of Nutella too." Which would've been fine if she would've asked if I wanted something else, but she didn't. So I had to go up to the front and order something else. It wasn't that bad but could've been better. "
"Horrible service! It stunk when we walked in first of all! I went over the weekend and we got there about a hour before they closed. We waited about 10 minutes to get our drinks, another 5 minutes for chocolate milk for my 1 year (btw it tasted like water down milk), the waitress finally took our order about 10 minutes AFTER that, as she was putting our orders in her and another co worker kept looking back at my table and she was looking confused. Our food order came about 30 minutes later and of course it was ice cold. I said something to the waitress and she asked if we would like her to "warm up" our food? We went ahead and said no because we had already waited so long just to get the food in the 1st place. I paid my bill even though I shouldn't have had too but I didnt feel like staying and talking to anybody, I was just ready to get out of there! Just an overall horrible experience and I will not return and I will let everybody know if I hear them saying something about eating there."
"We went in today and it was not busy at all but still took awhile to order, this was not our servers fault it's due to poor management and not having enough employees to work. I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich and it was still rubbery and pink some, I couldn't even eat after that. Server was great but manager didn't even come to table to apologize and see if anything could be done, I've worked for 3 locations here in Arkansas and it saddens me to say I believe this is the last time we'll ever step foot into another one here in Little Rock. They need to step their management game up and hire people that actually care!!!!"
"Walked in and waited to be seated. Not a single employee said good morning or hello, just glanced at me and left me standing there waiting for 10 minutes. I finally just walked out, seeing that they were too preoccupied with their three tables. This was my first time going to this location, and I will not be going back."
"We just left this place! Worst service ever! Waited 20 mins. No one came to even seat us. The manager i could see in the kitchen who did look over and ignored us. The Manger's name per one of the waiters is TJ. He needs to be fired for hiding from his responsibilities. I guess they didn't want to seat us due to I was with 4 of my Hispanic friends? Seemed nobody would even look at us or approach us to serve us! As they were busy... I noticed on the way out 2 waiters sitting/standing in a booth taking and pointing in our direction. They had half the seating open. I will never go to another IHOP since they obviously discriminate and are prejudiced against me and or my friends! We went to Denny's down the road and had amazing service and food... "

"Bad service for starters!! A group larger than mine, seated a good 10 minutes after my table received their order before us ( I think a lot of that had to do with our server). The food came out semi warm but grew completely cold as we waited for silverware (that I ended up getting for myself.) I would understand somewhat if they were busy but it was pretty slow. Though I will say the manager is doing a fairly good job...... at making this one of the worst Ihops here in Little Rock. They will not have the pleasure of receiving my business agai."
