Horrible staff including nurses and Dr . Obvious injuries I had and they ( I think it’s the girl named Taylor. My injuries to my internal auto immune issues were ignore as well as the broken well as my lower rib in the back with possibility from. She said it took a radiologist about an hr to read so she would call me back in an hr with results . I ended up having to call her . However I told her that it was swollen twice the size when in there two weeks earlier and pain was excruciating . She said she would talk to her Dr and get it to the Dr yet , still nothing and Walmart in Lonoke closes at 7 pm do not use

Fell off contract porch today and hurt both knees ( one of which has had replacement , my Cocyx bone and lower rib on left aide is possibly broke and I want even addressed. Just crated my knees and told me they’d call me in an hr with early and to wear the knee brace. When she called she said it was ligament injuries and never addressed to broken rib or coccyx cone. I live in Conway and my cop isn’t gonna be open til Tuesday and I’m. Going to see him but I tops this nurse who called I couldn’t have ibuphrophan due to gastric bypass . She said she’d speak with her dr and call back 2 hrs ago . Poor service and I’m will waiting for the dr to even call and figure out what’s going on with lying nurse .

I came to this urgent looking to be seen. I wasn't sure what exactly was wrong. We came around 530 and everyone was supposed to leave at 7, but stayed till I looked better. Thanks beyond thanks to Sherwood Urgent care!

Forever grateful ! Everyone there was both friendly and professional. My first visit left a lasting impression. Having had several heart attacks and two major head injuries, I've dealt with many offices and doctors. Most have a way of raising my blood pressure. Not here very relaxing atmosphere. Highly recommend!!

The ladies are always great and I love that they have the ability to do labs on site and quickly. I am a diabetic and having to have my A1C done every three months I am grateful that I have them to take care of me.

It started out bumpy because I could not get the online forms to change my name's. It had my first name as my first and middle name, then my last name was mispelled. So I was a little snippy with the front desk person. But the rest was fine, except the person that took my urine had mispelled my last name as well.

I love Rebecca. She is very patient and listens to my health concern's. The staff always friendly. I’ve never experienced really long wait times I always get into a room at a reasonable time. I am glad Lonoke has this facility that is open 7 days.
