I was having issues with my truck that needed immediate attention and I am from out of town. These people were the only ones who were able to see me the day of. Not only were they professional, prompt, and courteous; but they are VERY honest and affordable. I was given an estimate before work was done and my truck runs perfectly fine now. Highly recommend to anyone needing work done on their vehicle.

I went here on August 14th, 2025, unsure what was completely wrong, so I was fully expecting to uncover more as I got my exhaust system looked at. I had called other shops, one even quoting me almost $300. I pulled in, and they took my car onto the lifts. There was two men and a woman, I feel bad I didn't get a single name, but they were all incredibly professional and sweet. Family ran, and family orientated. They took my heat shield off, and it was a simple sleeve fix. Simple single charge, super affordable, and I cried because I had saved 250 pre-tax, at least, and I was out within 20 minutes. My car sounds like it did when we got it, and I couldn't be happier. If anyone needs work done in the Paragould area, this is the place to go.

Very helpful customer service! Staff was very nice, pricing was on point! I had a slight exhaust problem, they were able to fix the issue and had me on the way home in no time! Would recommend!

Five Stars – Honest, Reliable, and Saved Us Thousands!
We can’t thank MidSouth Muffler enough! Another mechanic told us we needed a $3,000 part to fix our vehicle, but something didn’t feel right—so we brought it to MidSouth for a second opinion. Not only did they take the time to thoroughly check out the issue, but they also discovered the real problem and fixed it quickly and affordably.
Their honesty and expertise saved us from spending thousands of dollars we didn’t need to. It’s hard to find a shop these days that genuinely cares more about helping their customers than making a quick buck, but that’s exactly what you’ll find here.
Highly recommend them to anyone looking for trustworthy and skilled mechanics. We’ll definitely be back if we ever need anything else!

My Jeep started overheating and had coolant all over the engine compartment, and everyone else that I called was either too busy to help me or wanted hundreds of dollars just to diagnose the issue. Mid South said they would be able to get me in and at least take a look. They verified it was just a busted radiator hose, fixed the issue, and flushed the system in less than 30 minutes, and saved me a lot of money in the process.
Absolutely would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for great people, fair prices, and as painless an experience as you can have when your ride is broken.

I took my car there and they charged me but an hour later I noticed the same problem was still there happening. I went back to speak to them and the lady who sits at the desk not “mechanic” said well it’s this that’s wrong with ur car when she never even checked my car and I’m the customer if there was any issues he should have spoke to me not her it’s not her car in the first place. It’s a small shop who takes money from people without actually fixing car issues I would never recommend them to anybody actually needing help with a repair I was taken advantage of because I moved from out of state

10/10 don’t recommend. Did $250 in extra work without calling to verify I was okay with it. Went in for brake pads. Walked out with a $463 dollar bill. Not even a call. Wouldn’t recommend a cockroach to come by this shop.

In 5 years of doing business here I haven’t been disappointed yet. They’ve done the exhaust on 3 of my Mustangs and every time I am left smiling. Good prices too, I would recommend this shop to anyone.
