One of the best experiences I’ve had shopping in awhile. The associates don’t pressure you or follow you around the store and allow for you to shop on your own. I worked with Madison and she was SO helpful and knew all the inventory in the store. I was able to find exactly what I needed and have it delivered in a week.

Julissa and the manager were so great! We had a wonderful experience and will be going back to finalize our purchases. It was close to closing time and they were happy to stay as long as we need.

I walked into the store with no intention of asking for help as this was only my second time in the store since living up here in NWA. The reason for not visiting was tied to all the stories I had heard from other friends about the bad customer service years ago and boy were they not great...Welp, this evening I was shocked in a good way. Madison who is as sweet as can be was lovely to have convo with as was her manager Summer. From beginning to end was treated with nothing but kindness and both were very genuine at heart. I also learned about the new management that had taken over around 2+ years ago, and wow was it night and day from what I would have guessed. I now will make sure to share this experience with all my friends including those that need to give it a new chance, as I did as well. I would highly recommend working with Madison and Summer. I am not one to write reviews but these 2 made it very deserving. Madison keep up the great work.

Sofia and Summer were a wonderful help to us when we went twice over the weekend to try and choose a king sized bed. Sofia was very helpful, not pushy, knowledgeable, and had her manager Summer, come help when we had more questions. We went back the next day and they showed complete patience and understanding as we continued to try out beds and wander around the store thinking! A great experience, and I can't wait for our new bed and base to be delivered!

I had Braxton as my salesman. Best salesman I’ve ever worked with! He was kind and very patient. Excellent service. The manager was equally as nice. Would not shop for furniture anywhere else!!!!!

I had a great experience in-Store this past weekend. Albert was awesome and really helped us find what we were looking for. I was told the chair I had purchased was in-stock and delivery was set for today (2/13). I wasn’t given a window for delivery, but I completely understand that that isn’t always available. I took off work today in order to ensure I could sign and receiver my delivery whenever it came. Unfortunately, my order never came. I was called this afternoon to schedule a delivery, which was odd. After speaking with a couple of (extremely helpful and friendly) members of customer service, I was told that my order was indeed scheduled for today, but it hadn’t been put on the truck. I was told that it was because of inclement weather, but I was also told they had normal deliveries being carried out today and that the earliest I could now get my shipment is this Saturday. I really can’t understand why I wasn’t notified of the change in my delivery. The fact that it was never loaded onto the truck would make me assume this was decided relatively early in the day - ample time for me to still go to work instead of wasting a day. And yet - no communication. I was offered a small discount on my order, but that just doesn’t make up the money I lost today. I understand things can happen, but the lack of communication on the issue will assure that I do not return in the future. It’s a shame because everyone I’ve spoken with has been extremely kind and helpful. That unfortunately does not change the fact that I will rely on more reliable stores in the future.Edit 2/14: It is fine to intend to correct an issue moving forward. It does not correct the issue at hand. This confirms I will never be returning.
