My husband bought me a pair of UGG's slides for Christmas. They were a little big. He also got some UGG socks. We went back to exchange them today and the same girl helped him. She laughed when she saw him because they had such a good time lol. She was so amazing today during the exchange. I've had some bad experiences with customer service at other places today, and I have to say, this girl Kealiegh sp? was so pleasant and funny. She was eager to help and really knew about the products they carried. I would absolutely do business with them in the future! Great employees, customer service! Thank you for all that you did for us!

Walked in and was immediately overwhelmed by the employees. One after another kept approaching us asking if we needed help even after we said we were just looking. We would just glance at a shoe and they kept saying "oh you need these", "i saw you looking at these, what's your size?". It felt so forcing, it was almost like they were doing it to be funny just to mess around with customers. They should of just said "i'll be here if you need help" instead of constantly being in our faces. They grabbed my boyfriend and asked for his size and he felt very uncomfortable. We ended up leaving the store in less than 5 minutes because we felt like we could not shop in peace or even think because we kept being bothered. I get your employees make commission and want to sell as much as possible, but forcing and making customers feel uncomfortable is not the way to do that.

I went there looking for some new slides and both employees on shift were very helpful and got my a good looking, family priced pair that I love! For if the company is looking for on the employees I was there 21/6/22 at about 3:00 and I think they both deserve a raise

Came in looking for Converse a little while ago. Drake was EXTREMELY helpful and explained in great detail why Converse are so hard to find. Walked out with two pairs of Vans. Will definitely be coming back.

Worst Customer Service ever. The kid working the cash register today, 01/27/22 11:00am actually told me these shoes didn’t exist so he wouldn’t order them for me. You guys should probably think about hiring people with knowledge of the product they are selling.

It amazes me they are so worried about Covid & You must wear masks in here; but they will sell you a pair of shoes that Several other people have tried on with their dirty socks & (pet hair & human hair) all stuck inside & outside the shoes; it’s gross, I want to buy new shoes, not any that have been worn by others.

2:00 on a Wednesday and they were pretty busy. I was greeted promptly and Coleman was a great salesperson. I love Journeys!!!

Bought a pair of shoes from here 10/13, didn't quite fit right so they were returned the following day (10/14). Clerk running the transaction said they processed the refund off the receipt and that the card it was purchased on was not needed. Turns out the clerk refunded my purchase on to someone else's card and I have yet to receive my money back as of today (11/8). Both their store manager and manager in training say there is nothing they can do and keep telling me to call their corporate customer service line, but they are refusing to fix it as well since they show the refund as processed, despite the fact that if provided proof of the fact they never refunded me and that the card they refunded does not match mine. Please exercise caution shopping at this store, the staff claims no responsibility for their actions.
