I am so impressed with Brandon Nelson, store manager, at Kay’s Jewelers in Rogers Ar.! I was looking for the perfect replacement ring and he delivered. He was the most patient, caring, and competent person that I have worked with in several years! I will always use Kay Jewelers in the future. Thank you Brandon, again, for your all your assistance.

Nevaeh went far and beyond to help me at the Roger's store, I highly recommend to go see her before u go elsewhere, she was so very helpful and so friendly, I left feeling very satisfied

Take your business elsewhere. After having an issue with a sales person ross our issue was escalated to the general manger who was extremely unprofessional and rude. Go anywhere but the rogers location! Save your time and money

I could tell the salesrep had been trained in upselling. I told him my budget for an inexpensive necklace was between $200-$300; and he robotically shows me a piece for $500 to start, The store, of course, had at least one necklace in my price range that I bought. The chain was short and I inquired about a longer chain that I would have paid a little more for; and the salerep did not even address this and told me what the necklace is made of; so I could find one on my own. The salesrep made me provide my phone number, even though I objected. He said he Kay's cannot process a return without one. I get it; its corporate marketing. I just really don't like robotic corporate salespeople; especially when I am simply buying an inexpensive necklace for Mother's Day.

If I could give this location a MILLION stars to this Kay's location, I absolutely would! The compassion they showed when my daughter and I explained why we were there was just unbelievable! We needed my grandmother's wedding ring cleaned for her funeral and emotions were in overdrive. The young man cleaned the ring (BOT a Kay's piece but he didn't CARE AT ALL) while the other staff cleaned all of MY rings (All Kay's pieces). As if that wasn't enough, the young man offered "Free hugs" which we absolutely took him up on and was eternally grateful for it! We were invited to the LeVian diamond sale coming this fall and are so excited to come!! These people are fantastic and should be recognized company wide for their compassionate customer service!

Usually the staff is very helpful. New lady Nevaeh was very rude. Not good if you have another jewelry store 20 feet away.

This location is the ONLY location I will go to. I have never had a good experience with Kay's and was a bit worried when I found out my beautiful engagement ring was purchased here. HOWEVERBrandon the current store manager has an exceptional customer service standard for his customers. He was quick to fix any dissatisfaction and make things right. I would give him 10 stars if I could. If you haven't been here in the last year give them another try. Brandon is upping the standards for this place.

I went to the store looking for a necklace I saw in an ad. I swore it was from Kay’s Jewelers. But I was mistaken. The employees in that store did EVERYTHING imaginable to help me find what I was looking for. They were so polite, kind and friendly and even apologized when they didn’t have what I was looking for. I was in the wrong jewelry store y’all and they never once made me like a dummy. Thank you to the wonderful staff at Kay’s that worked Saturday 12/10/2022 at the Pinnacle Hills location.
