We’ve had our bed for a little over three years now and one of our air chambers has a bad enough leak that it leaks all the air completely out over night. Called the customer service hot line, guy was not customer oriented at ALL. Wanted to charge me for a new air chamber and for a technician to come install it. I feel as much as these beds cost you should get a little more life out of the air chamber then three and a half years. Or at least they should warranty it completely. Everyone at the store has be extremely helpful…. But this situation is out of their hands.

Absolutely the worse experience in my life. Purchased two mattress's on Jan. 5th. Promised delivery on Feb. 3rd. On Feb. 2 was told unable to deliver because of weather. Rescheduled for Feb 17th, Confirmed delivery two days prior, Gave a delivery window of between 11 and 2. AT 2, get a call saying can not deliver because of weather. There is no weather to impede delivery. They simply don't have their act together. They say there are no manufacturing problems, but if every time there is a "weather delay" why do they bump it out two weeks, and keep everyone else's schedule in place. Sales people only give doublespeak, have no clue, or just won't tell the truth.

Anna gave us so much helpful information. we did buy the kingsize. split top love love love it.. if you want a good restful wake up in the morning feeling refreshed feeling i would definitely get the 360.. highly recommend it

We purchased a bed on 1/08/21, paid $1,683.02 and have not received the bed yet! It has been almost 2 months! We have been sleeping on the floor. They just keep giving excuses why they can't deliver it. We paid $200. delivery fee. Very disappointed.*Update* It is 3/1/21, If you need a bed in a reasonable amount of time shop somewhere else!
