I just got gas here while traveling from Tulsa, OK to visit my step-dad at Mercy Hospital. The first pump failed to process my debit card. The second pump charged me for premium gas at $3.99 per gallon after I pressed the $2.99 regular button. I went in to use the restroom while the pump was running. I came out to find a $50.02 charge for 12.5086 gallons much to my shock. I then determined why. I asked the clerk to resolve it and he called a manager (who won’t be back til Monday, it’s Saturday). There was no manager on duty? I know it’s only $12.50, but it’s unsatisfactory that there was no manager on duty to resolve the issue, and that she refused to speak to me directly. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I’ll be shocked if I get a call Monday from the manager, and if the situation gets resolved.
PS this is only probably the third google review I’ve ever left, and it’s the FIRST one-star I’ve ever left. I believe my other reviews have all been 5 STAR. This is an extremely poor experience. Especially when I told them I have a family member in the hospital 1/2 a mile away.

Insane price gouging

It's cool and all but extremely expensive for what it is. Everything on the inside is way over priced, for instance a ham and Swiss sandwich, like just two pieces of white bread a little ham and a piece of Swiss cheese is 8 dollars, for a sandwich my three year old could make better.

Went in after many, many years and was fairly impressed by the variety of drinks and snacks. Having lived and traveled around the world- it was a good surprise. Had my hands full and was going to check out. Look over to see Trump merch saying “Stay Strong”. I turned around, put all my things back and left. Won’t be going back.

Great salad bar, weighed by the pound. Big sign saying dressing is free. But you get to the register and they weigh the dressing with the salad so NOT FREE! Quite a bite!

I recently visited White Oak Station at Pinnacle Market. The store has a cool and unique vibe with a great selection of international snacks, rare drinks, and a solid coffee and salad bar.
One thing that stood out to me was the sheer size of the place. It’s spacious, clean, and has plenty of room to browse without feeling cramped. Outside, there are multiple gas pumps, which makes fueling up convenient even during busy hours.
That said, a few things could be better. A lot of items didn’t have visible price tags, which made shopping a bit frustrating.
Overall, it's a decent stop if you're in the area, especially for the variety and space, but there’s room for improvement in service and pricing transparency.

They use to have good fresh food, now everything looks like it was made the day before, when I asked how old it was he said like 2 hours, how long do you hold fried chicken before it causes food poison? I wont stop here any more unsanitary and food is just nasty and old

Will never shop here again after an employee was spouting racist remarks. I’ll give my money to non racists thank you.

It's a shame they promote their politics and one cashier is blatantly nasty about people who don't look or sound like him.

I was impressed by the variety of drinks and snacks.
However, standing in line turned me off due to the amount of political items for sale at the register, but then also because I obviously was waiting my turn with items in hand when another worker (looked like could be owner/or manager) opened a second register. At this point, instead of helping the next person in line (me) he chose to help the man who walked up after me, because that man immediately showed his same side support.
Yes, I believe in freedom of speech, but if you're going to give special treatment to your cronies, then I will choose to take my business elsewhere.
And heads up, you were darker than me. Don't be fooled into thinking they really want you here, either.

Be careful when u get gas here this employee clearly put my life and everyone else's in danger. She literally walked to the pump, lit a cigarette right by it while I was pumping gas ⛽️ she then proceeded to change all the trashcans by the pumps while smoking the whole time. I've tried to call and speak to someone of authority here but they told me the store is individually owned and that I would have to get in contact with the owner. The manager is pretty good friends with this said employee so I don't think it will go anywhere if I went to her

What happened to this place? It used to be the premier gas station in NWA. It has gone down hill so much. The employees don't seem to care. I ordered food and the employee gave me half my order and walked off. The other employee stepped in and apologized. I guess she was more interested in vaping and playing on her phone.

They do not seem to want to pay their employees. I have waited 3 days and still no pay at all.
