Service Tech was amazing. Did an excellent quality job completely replacing my entire tank. His respect and customer service was fantastic! I would have given him 10 stars if I could have.

Driver arrived, filled tank and was om his way to next stop , very easy process , very happy with service and payment process. I pay monthly rather than in full for a fill that makes my life easier and the cost managable.

Surprise billing, no notification that we had the tank filled even after saying we only wanted the tank filled on request, automatic payments began without request and with no warning as to when the payments come out, no office to walk into, call centers historically take hours to get anything done through... This used to be a great company, now it seems like a poor financial decision.

Terrible customer service. Terminated my contract within 3 months due to billing dispute and customer service in the Philippines. YOU WON'T be able to speak to customer service in the USA.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!I have had them for seven years as we rented a tank from them, have had problem after problem, I don't use much problem so when I get some it last a couple years.They told me I had a bad regulator, and to run the tank out, so I did. Oh we have to leak check $130 dollars. And when I call to say the tech told me to do it, it was never put in the notes. Next time I run out of propane so I had to be on the property when the driver came out. Driver would be a no call, no show, and I could never call and get an answer since customer service is not in this country and the Office in springdale is closed!.This last time was a little better. Drive show up two days after I order, which was an awesome surprise.I think there local guys are good, but there company and customer service are crooks. I got charged 60 dollars in fees. If I would have prepaid, they couldn't give me any type of invoice. And now they will charge you 2.6% on credit cards, but not debit cards?Seems skechty to me. Please save yourself the headache and go with someone else!

Horrible..My son and daughter in law have small children and they ordered over a week ago ran out 3 days ago and it's their source for hot water cooking etc..they told them maybe Monday!! Really..

If I could give 0 stars I would, I have never seen such disrespectful people treat an elderly couple like this in my entire life. First after trying to call for over a year to pick up a tank I had to call on their behalf to get anything done. Well when the tech came out to pick it up they picked up the WRONG TANK and the WRONG ADDRESS! Then on top of that the tech laughed at her when she was trying to explain that they were taking the wrong tank and when she asked for them to come look at the right tank he laughed again and told her to go walk and get the serial number. Are you serious Amerigas you would tell an 80 year old woman to get information in the cold because you techs are too lazy or lack that customer service to help us I find super ridiculous. Also the manager Cindy was rude and condesending to not only my self but my grandparents and should not be working at that level of position if this is the way she act. I had to call denver corporate for them to go yes there may be a issue in our system because they have alot of confusing notes. I will never work with amerigas again or refer anyone to them again because for you to treat elderly people like that is so beyond wrong that I could not believe that they could be allowed to treat anyone like that. Now we are having to buy another tank and get delievered tomorrow to hope that we will have heat before the big cold front coming in. Do better Amerigas do better.
