This is the worst pharmacy ever. Now, you can't even talk to the pharmacy at all. Leave a message they say. They'll call you back which means, you'll be waiting days to find out a medication. It's, crazy. People with PTSD needs their medication without having to go through all this stress. Grrr!

The new pharmacist lady who’s “in charge” now was literally screaming at her employees. I’ve never seen anything more outrageous. She then proceeds to tell some elderly man that the type of medicine he was picking up is one that she chose to remove any discount card from. Apparently the pharmacist can pick and choose whether they take any discounts on certain medications. She was so rude about it, and the poor guy couldnt say a word. He just nodded his head while she was bobbing her sassy head back and forth. I feel sorry for the people that come in contact with this troll of a lady!!! Someone needs an HR meeting! If you use this pharmacy, I would record your encounter with her and report it!! Do better “new manager!”

Good for most things, but incompetent on anything needle related. The first time, they gave me two weeks of needles for a month, and then when I had to go to get more, they switched the gauges for some reason. Only people who didn't go to school would think the bigger needle goes inside you.

This has to be the worst pharmacy in NWA. I can't imagine the bar going any lower. Cannot fill order in a timely manner. Guess they wait for you to show up, then start to fill it. Just excuse after excuse. My last trip here.

The time I went in there. They were really busy backed up. And the pharmacist was very nice and help me with my prescriptions and help me get a discount card because the insurance would not cover my prescription at that time. Very professional.

45 minutes waiting for the three cars ahead of me in the "drive-thru" is a bit ridiculous- they don't answer the phone, they always have to "order" medications other pharmacies seem to keep stocked. Can't say I will ever come back here- wowza, they need to hire more staff before everyone pulls their scripts and transfers elsewhere like I am doing now. I don't have time or money to waste. Not to mention inside was worse. Probably 15 people in line and one person to help everyone. You are raking in the. Iney on scripts, you obviously have an issue🤷♀️- fix it. Do better!!

Had a great experience here today. The pharmacist took time to answer my questions thoroughly and then the staff member at the checkout spent time showing me exactly how to use the CVS card to track meds, order refills, and find savings. Thanks.

Need better communication or training for pharmacy techs. Please make sure you have the medication in stock before you tell a customer a time to come pick up. I called earlier today to make sure my meds would be ready today and was told yes everything would be ready by this afternoon then hours later I get a text saying they are out of stock. Please check this before promising a ready time.
