I am in the insurance industry and I have always had a very positive experience with the Springdale Arkansas Enterprise location. The staff is so friendly and autos are always clean and ready to go. I wouldn't use anyone else.

Reserved a luxury sedan months ahead of time. When I went to pick up the rental all they had was a Jeep Renegade and a minivan. What's the point of reserving? They cleaned up a Nissan Altima and sent me off. The car reeked like cigarettes the entire time.

I completed an online reservation for the middle of the day. When I arrived, the car was not ready, they said "cleaned", and attendant had not gone to do so until I got there when manager asked him to. Cleaning job was pretty minimal and fast. No floormats in vehicle. There was maybe one other customer but 3 employees there at the time, therefore I felt the car should have been ready at the time I had asked for it. If I had been tight on time for a flight it would have messed my plan up. The $300 deposit has to be charged with the same card in one transaction that is used for payment. Wondering if they could be separate as I was unprepared for that fee. Upper management should add a secure key drop, returning took way too long, customers were backed up, literally 14 customers in the office with only 2 workers on a Monday morning when clearly people were either in a hurry to return keys, or get their vehicle and be on their way. No on seemed to move at a rapid pace or with any urgency at all. I was finally able to just hand keys off after waiting 20 minutes to the asst. manager, even though I returned vehicle the day before on a Sunday. Asst. manager was helpful, but lots of areas could be tightened up for faster service and more efficiency. I waited on hold for 60 minutes to speak to someone late morning after I returned my vehicle to discuss a discrepancy on my return invoice and let them know about an error report. Kid was kind on the phone, but it was a frustrating experience.

After a terrible experience with Enterprise employees in both Fayetteville and Bentonville rental offices I was done with the company. In a last ditch effort to get my rental car taken care of, I called the Springdale store and Matt singlehandedly diffused the situation, took excellent care of my needs, and restored my faith in Enterprise. Matt was kind, listened to my concerns, apologized for the terrible service from the other offices, and was everything a customer hopes for. He showed compassion and understanding, knowing that the time after an accident is incredibly stressful, and although he wasn't able to get me in a car that day, he tried everything before giving up. When I picked up my rental, both Matt and his manager were incredibly helpful, friendly, and professional. Both Bentonville and Fayetteville stores could learn a great deal about customer care from Springdale.So I took a leap of faith and called about the cars I saw for sale, without much hope of a successful transaction. What happened next was nothing short of incredible!Immediately upon Crystal answering the phone I felt like I was buying a car from my best friend. She discussed each model with me, walked me through every step of the process, and made me feel confident in the decision I was making. After setting up a test drive, Crystal went above and beyond to have everything ready for me and to make the process, which can be incredibly tiresome, pleasant and almost enjoyable. Everyone in the Tulsa office stopped by to offer congratulations, and made us feel like family.Both Matt and Crystal set the platinum standard in customer care and have earned Enterprise customers for life. When my partner and I look to buy a truck in about six months, Crystal will be our first call, and I will always go through the Springdale store and hopefully Matt for all my rental needs!

Matt was very helpful and accommodating for the month I had a rental car. Seems like he runs the whole show by himself but always manages to answer the phone and kindly listen and promptly solved my issue when I needed to switch vehicles. He will be who I hope to work with if I ever need to rent a car again. Thanks again, Matt!!

Staff seems helpful, we’ve dealt with Matt. We are going on day 10 of waiting for a different vehicle. We were supposed to get a midsized suv. We were given a compact car and we’re told that we would have a new vehicle the following day. About day 7 my wife was promised to have a vehicle the following day and it was even offered to have it delivered. That did not happen. When I called to resolve this issue the blame was pushed to inventory issues and that it was out of matt’s control. If you are looking to get what you reserve I’d highly suggest you use another company as this company is plagued with internal issues and they have complained to us about being short staffed and are dealing with extremely inventory issues. Matt seemed to be very helpful on the phone and made great promises, it’s just a shame he has not been able to deliver and as he would say it’s out of his control. BUT delivering on a promise you make should be or the promise should not be made. Please consider other car rentals places.

DO NOT RENT FROM THEM.... 2 YEARS AGO I WOULD HAVE GAVE 4 STARS of course the manager was a lady that was at the XNA Airport, THEY HAVE GONE DOWN HILL!!!!I had a reservation from my insurance company set up, received a call at 7:50 am Monday to get at car for the 19th at 830 am from the Springdale number, called them and explained the voice of the man that called me and the CSR told me that no one worked there that was black. I wasn't trying to be rude, just explain. and then come to find out they didn't have the reservation etc, it is upsetting that they want people to use them but yet they can't accommodate customers... my truck was to be at the shop on the 19th for repairs. but they couldn't even get me into a vehicle. Even though it was set up by my insurance company.They have the worst customer service reps.Matt even told me to call corporate and and file a Complaint and even told me the Manager BRAYLON was the one who would have spoke to me the way he did. LOL.They don't care if you give them business or not but do not report them because they will put you on a list lol...So if you are wanting a good place to rent from this one is not it.

Enterprise in Springdale rented me a very nice vehicle that was clean and comfortable. The customer service was excellent. I highly recommend them!

You all should be ashamed of yourselves!! Poor customer service, district manager is a joke( no return on phone calls) how do you rent out cars to people, call them 5 minutes before arrival, and say sorry no cars here. He even said, well….. you could use another company or wait till maybe Friday!! Avis got me a car in 15 minutes at the mall. Nice employees too, AVIS FIVE STARS, enterprise 0
