First time I’ve been at this location. Not sure who is pricing stuff here, maybe they forgot it’s a thrift store? It’s absurd. A Bundt cake pan completely tarnished for $8A planter pot with faux brass, $40? The shelves were overflowing with inventory, hard to see much of anything because they’re so full. I’m sure because of the prices. Wack.

Clean, well-lit, organized, and spacious. I went early, at 9:30 AM, and there were very few shoppers, and exactly 9 cars in the huge parking lot. Rosie at the register was so helpful and friendly! The prices are extremely reasonable.I read an unexpected number of negative reviews on here. I just want to reiterate that Goodwill is not a “company” or a “business”, they do not “price gouge”, and they are definitely not “all about profits!” They are, in fact, a non-profit charitable organization, and they take the money they raise and use it for education and employment programs. They also have to pay their rent, utilities, and staff wages. They can’t give away stuff for free, they can’t pay your bills for you, and I’m surprised they take returns at all, let alone give cash back. Think of the store as more like a yard sale for charity, and less like a Kohl’s. You wouldn’t go to a yard sale and expect to have changing rooms, or to be able to go back a few days later and get your money back, right? All in all, I found the items I was looking for, prices were very low, and I had a very pleasant experience.

Store has a lot of clothes but can be a bit scarce on other things compared to other locations.

I thought you all was a good store great prices on some things but the way you treat your employees is a shame . Not sure I even want to go back to your store to shop . You all have no respect for your hard working employees and let others just walk on other employees likes it’s no big deal but truth is it is a big deal start treating your employees with respect

Won’t sell items if the tag is missing, even if customer has cash in hand. Horrible way to run a business. They have taken out their dressing rooms, and don’t give cash back on returned items. What an awful company.

Good selection but awful staff. Brandy was very rude. We bought a lot of kids clothes and some of the hangers were stuck together and she was so mean and rude about having to take the hangers off at check out.

I love this goodwill but am SO disappointed that they took out the dressing rooms. Considering you can hardly return things and if you can return something it’s only for store credit, this is such a bummer. I don’t want to have to pay for something, go home to realize I don’t like it, and then not be able to return it definitely decreases my buying and honestly makes me not want to shop here anymore which is so unfortunate bc they have a great selection!

Ridiculous return policy stole my receipt and claimed that we needed the original receipt even though they had the receipt, never experienced worst customer service in my life.

I think this is by far the best Goodwill in the area. It's a BIG store so they get a lot of items in, and a large variety as well.

Not as much here is other goodwill in the area but they can't help much which donations they get I guess. Their price hikes lately have been getting a bit absurd too. They be trying to sell stuff for how much it's worth rather than "2 -5 $" like it used to be
