Just picked up supplies for our jobsite. It's a hit and miss to find what you need. Call or check the website for materials that are needed so you don't drive and waste your time. They actually had what I needed. They even helped look for a brush wheel, no luck but they did help trying to locate one. Thank Lowe's for the help. The blade has been used already, but it was purchased at the time of this visit.

Who trains your management team? I came in to purchase a bulk sale item, as there were 99 in stock. After searching, I found them on the highest shelf in the garden center. A fork lift was only an isle away. 1st employee couldn't help, second employee couldn't help, third employee, a manager, tried to help but advised all the fork lift drivers only work daytime hours. After 30 waisted minutes I left. Does management know that if you want to sell something it must be available?

Terrible appliance installation service!Mostly a lack of communication on Lowes part. We purchased a stove, refrigerator and dishwasher to be installed. First the refrigerator arrived with damage and the wrong ice maker. We took a discount for the damage and kept the fridge. We had to return and replace the ice maker ourselves. Then came the dishwasher. The day of installation they called and said the back was caved in. They had to reorder, still waiting on it.Then the stove. After three weeks of miscommunication between Lowes and installers they said I had called and canceled the order!! Apparently someone out there is having issues as well but it wasn’t me who canceled! Lucky they hadn’t sent back my stove yet. Set up for a fourth time next week. We will see.Bottom line. Be ready for headaches and heartburn if you buy your appliances at Lowe’s.

Well maintained Lowe's. Tricks of the trade is just look up whatever you need on their website and it will tell you which aisle and bay in store it's at so you don't have to talk to anybody if you don't want to. Also if you're buying any appliances ask if they have any Dent or scratch ones in the back.

I ordered a $3900 John Deere Zero Turn Mower Model Z330M. When it was delivered it looked like they just picked the worse one to deliver. The seat was dirty, the handle grip was torn, there were missing bolts for the hitch, and there's a missing cover closure for one of the compartments. Due to the fact that returning this thing would cause more headache than it's worth, I'm ordering the replacement parts myself. I'm frankly just disappointed. Customer Service. It's lacking these days everywhere. If I'm a lowes associate, I look the product over before I bring it to a customer. Is something missing? If so, maybe don't deliver that one or, maybe just maybe discount it?

Go to a different location if you want employees that know what they’re doing. Was sold a Blackstone they didn’t even have in store and weren’t ever going to receive. They basically stole one from someone else to give to us. After being told they were all pretty much purchased by employees and that the one we received was “cancelled” by an employee. Was told the employee had took his purchases home already so we received one that was meant for a customer. And that we got lucky. A lot of time wasted and now someone’s out a griddle they purchased.

Their card reader was having issues reading my card. Gentleman that came to the self checkout to help me said the customer service desk could help me. Customer service desk told me to pound sand. Now they get to try to put the various nuts, washers, and bolts back. Guess that was the more valuable way they felt they could spend their time. Orange store from now on.

Samuel the sales associate that assisted me in my purchase of a new washer was very knowledgeable and attentive. He answered all of my questions and made making an informed choice easy. I highly recommend buying appliances here, the staff is second to none when it comes to customer service. I shopped around at a dozen other appliance retailers in town and did not receive this level of service and at some I received no service.

I love this store. For some reason we went to Home Depot first and they had a very small selection of the items we were looking for, so we went to Lowe's and found a huge selection!! They have something for any budget!

The staff is very helpful and nice, we've bought several appliances here. Unfortunately one appliance got broken due to improper loading and had to be returned. Make sure you ask for appliance department people to load your appliances!

Horrible customer service and delivery. Don’t buy here. I spent thousands on a Fridge, was given a date, they didn’t show when they were supposed to, and then lied about them stopping by.Then I was told it will be another week to deliver.. after waiting almost a week already for them to deliver.And they quit doing military discounts around the store. Don’t got fooled on this.
