We went through Palen for our daughter's beginner band flute! They have been absolutely fantastic!We will be going through them again when it is time to do any upgrades for her! Highly recommend!

I just moved to NWA and was referred to Corey Divine in their repair shop when I had a loose rotor on my horn. Corey has since been my go-to guy for any and all problems I've had, and has always been tremendously professional and courteous! NWA brass players are lucky to have him.

Chase and Corey have always helped me with my trumpets and they are both impressive brass technicians. They have worked on my horns for 15 years with kindness and professionalism and I wouldn't go anywhere else. They even create their own leadpipes and manufacture brass pieces. Palen provides repairs on all woodwind instruments and has maintenance supplies, gig bags, mutes and performance needs.

I was having a difficult time finding a local repair shop to fix a couple dents in my Yamaha YTR8335LAS trumpet. I heard about Corey Divine at Palen Music Center in Arkansas on a Facebook trumpet forum. I reached out to Corey to see if was willing to have me ship my trumpet to him for repairs all the way from California. He was more than willing. We discussed what repairs I was looking for and right away I could see that he was very professional and knowledgeable. He was able to give me an accurate estimate for costs. His prices were very reasonable. I shipped the horn, he did the repairs, and shipped it back to me. I couldn't be happier with the quality of his work. Corey was also very responsive whenever I reached out to him. I highly recommend Corey and will use him again in the future if needed.

Palen Music in Springdale Arkansas is great! The repair services are excellent and are always very consistent. The repair time itself isn’t long at all, which is great! Prices are good and reasonable. The customer service is also very good!

We’ve had a trumpet and trombone serviced here. They always do a good job and return them to us as good as new! Don’t know how we would make it through band season without them!

We haven’t yet received the percussion set but it’s set to be delivered this week directly to my daughters school. I filled out the on line rental application on Friday after business hours and received a response Monday morning. Their listed response time I believe said 2-3 business days (even if it was 1-2 business days) it didn’t take even half of that time!! Thank you for the great service we look forward to doing business with you this school year!

Palen music center is definitely where you want to go! I will have multiple children in band this year. Their rental program works perfect for us. When we had repairs that needed to be done last year, they were easy to work with. Honestly, because I know we are working with them again this year, it is a huge worry off my mind because we will be able to allow our kids to participate in music and the stress and worry of the cost of instruments, supplies, repairs, etc is gone. Thank you, thank you Palen Music Center!

Thoroughly disappointed. The lady who greeted me behind the counter seemed displeased I was there from the moment I walked in. She was quick to inform me that they "dont do repairs on guitars" And they had no "Acoustic" Bass Strings. I'm not even sure she took the time to understand what I was looking for. Huge misunderstanding on my end I guess, because their website lead me to believe they repair musical instruments, specifically string instruments. There was no bold or fine print saying "we don't do repairs on guitars". Hours later I received a message request via Facebook from a man claiming to have "worked" at Palen music. I am not sure how he found me on there which is very unsettling. He wanted to send me free things provided i give him an address I am sure. This entire experience is very uncomfortable and creepy. Do not recommended leaving a bad review because they will track you down. How unprofessional can you be?

I called this shop in search of an instrument called a hang drum or hand pan. Chase, one of the representatives at the store, answered the phone and informed me that they did not carry this instrument. But he took my number and told me he would look into it and let me know what he found out. Within minutes Chase was calling me back with all kinds of websites and suggestions as to where I might find one and what to look for in regards to the quality of the drum... apparently there is a wide variety of hand pans out there! I just want to say thank you Chase for all of the information you provided me and the helpful suggestions!! I highly recommend!
