I haven't ordered from this pizza hut in awhile because of bad service but I thought I would give them another chance. BIG MISTAKE. It took them and hour to deliver and I live less than a mile from them. Pizza was cold of course. NEVER AGAIN!!!

Unfortunately, my large thin crust pepperoni is dry, very stiff and the cheese is hard! the bell peppers are also shriveled into something unrecognizable.. very little toppings too :( The staff were very nice though.

Thought we’d try Pizza Hut today. Wasted our money. Thin crust pepperoni lovers and a pepperoni/pineapple combo both were well done (which we like), but neither had much flavor. Maybe they used an eye dropper to distribute the pizza sauce. Mine tasted like a hot cracker with a pepperoni. Back to Dominos.

The Pizza hut on old wire road in Springdale Arkansas is one of the greatest Pizza huts I've ever visited. The food is magnificent. And the customer service is awesome

As many times as I have been to Pizza Hut, on Old Missouri Road in Springdale, AR, I can honestly tell you that my orders have been Accurate, and the service is/was Awesome.My pizzas were hot(the box was really warm) and when I would order Wings (Bone In) those were hot also.I usually do pick up through their window, and each time I see a smiling team member who hands me my boxed pizza. I almost always have my dogs with me, and we pick up pizza on our way home from a ride.

Good food, but couldn’t get anyone to pick up the phone for 30 min. Tried calling back couple times to no avail. They have all their calls routed to third party vendors and no one picks up the phone. Meanwhile my husband already was in his way and he may have to wait. That makes it 45 minutes to get a pizza plus the 15 minutes to drive back home fir carry out. 1 freaking hour is to long for a personal pan pizza pick up order.

Pizza arrived 2hours after order was placed. The pizza was not even done cooking by the time the ETA was over. After it was out for delivery it took 45 mins. Pizza Hut is less than 5 miles from my home
