Wrote an email to email address on bottom of receipt. Received no answer. See below for email. Will not return.When I arrived at the store, the in-store music was blaring so loud, that I could not hear the attendant or employee talking to me, and had to have them repeat themselves. It was like I was at a concert or at a nightclub venue.My order was not ready on time. I did not receive an email or phone call or notification on the app that my order was not ready or would be delayed before I arrived at the store.When I arrived at the store. My order was not packaged and ready to be picked up at the order site area where pick up orders are stationed. This was over 30 minutes after placing my order in the app.I also discovered that the chocolate chip cookies that I had ordered, that showed available on the app for your store at Old Wire Road were not available and had to be substituted. In short,I had a terrible experience with your store and company. I am not wanting a refund or money from you. I want you to do better in the future. these problems need to be fixed as I am a regular customer at this store and I have noticed the customer service has been going downhill for a couple of years. Subways is a very good restaurant in my opinion because I can eat healthy and not have to resort to spending a lot of money. Please fix the problems or you will lose a good customer.

I see some bad reviews on this place. Don’t understand how. Been to this location multiple times with no issues. Way better than most of the subways I’ve been to.Always been pretty good at making my sandwiches

Servers were rushing, barely wanted to put veggies on my sub, I had to tell them to put more on half of my foot long.

Employees were exceptionally rude. I was standing in the store and they made me place my order online. I was ready to walk out but I changed my mind because I've always loved subway. I should have followed my first instinct. I'll find a different location moving forward. They were beyond rude and dismissive. It's like were doing everything they could to not actually work and when they figured out they would have to they loaded my sandwich with a ton of mustard and salt. Good thing I don't have a heart condition because they would literally prefer to kill someone with tainted food then do there jobs. Horrible treatment. If yalls sales are down. You know why.

Bad service, they throw the vegetables as if the food was worthless, they don't treat the customer well, I was the only customer, I was very hungry, I was like a guy at 9:00. I'm a subway customer I'm buying from him, don't take it out on me or the food, it was already closing and turning off the lights, it was open at 9:00 and they close at 10:00

3 out of 4 sandwiches ordered online were wrong. Mine had so many jalapeños (didn't order) that I couldn't eat it so I tried calling 10 times. No answer. We live 20 minutes away out in the country so we had to drive back in ...answering the phone would have made it easier but I guess that's too much to ask. My MIL's was so toasted that it hurt her gums and she requested her to not be toasted. Following directions here is key.

Employees were nice but they did not get my online order correct. Ordered a 6 in BLT. I asked for bacon to be heated (it was not) and they forgot to add the lettuce to my sandwich.

Every time you go it’s people who hate their job and would rather you have a heart attack then order from their store AND their CONSTANTLY out of ingredients you go there and there’s a like u better look behind the glass and see what’s left before you waste time sitting in the line for nothing
