I can't belive there service from this store I thought I was going to get ripped off. Totally walked in there with low expectations but left extremely happy. Thank you Rianna and Ramiro. I now am a happy tmobile customer.

Riri hooked me up w a new phone and number in 30 minutes. She answered all the questions I had, and it was a great time while I was there. She’s super sweet and it’s her birthday month, so go tell Riri happy birthday!:)

The young women that work in the store have excellent customer service skills. I had a problem with my gateway so I brought it into the store. I was back on the road again in about 10 minutes with my Internet working again.

Absolutely incredible staff!!! I got my phones in fort smith but live in Van Buren. I went to the Van Buren location to pay my bill, and they let me know I was eligible for a free tablet! They explained in extreme detail how to get it!

Awesome store! Staff always takes their time and properly addresses my issues. Jess and Ramiro really helped me with getting a new phone at a reasonable cost!!! Rianna is also one of the most helpful people she constantly made sure I was taken care of and that my account was well managed! This is one of the best stores you can take your business too!!!

I’ve been going to this T-Mobile for 5 years now, and My family has been with T-Mobile for over 10 years starting in Dallas,Texas.:. This has been the best experience I’ve had constantly since I moved to Arkansas withe the Store Manager being such a huge part of the Team. Rianna took over last year and since then has helped My Mom and Grandmother get new iPhones they desperately needed because they had a first gen iPhone SE and an iPhone 6S I believe my Grandmother wanted a slightly bigger phone and My Mom wanted a phone that had a battery that could last all day. Rianna suggested during a BOGO sale for Me to come in and bring both My Mom and Grandmother who is 91 now. Rianna showed the the similarities and the differences between the old phones and the newer iPhones and taught them how to use the upgraded features. They ended up get the iPhone 13 on BOGO and I had the chance to help remind them of the things Rianna had taught them about. I actually became so impressed with the iPhone and the features that after a little while Rianna suggested that I watch the Apple Event that was coming up that was going to highlight everything new for the year. I’m almost 41 and I Love cell phones and tech and for 40 years I was team Android mainly Samsung Galaxy Note or S series. But when I saw the Apple event I thought Apple does things differently and more polished so I went a saw Rianna and Pre-ordered the iPhone 14 Pro Max because I love the biggest screen I can get and I knew I wanted a Pro from watching the Apple Event because the cameras and the Max for the screen size. If You’re shopping for an iPhone 14 Pro Max something Rianna taught Me was to buy the 256 GB model if You want to be able to film in 4K ProRes which looks beyond amazing and You can also take RAW photos which take up more storage so get the 256GB at minimum!!! Rianna is always considerate of people’s time and needs and won’t try to sell You something that You don’t need. Out of everyone on our family plan which We’re on the Magenta Military Max after Rianna told us that We could upgrade for less than normal because My dad’s military service so We did We all have very nice phones and on the Max plan Rianna showed us all how to put Netflix on Us in 4K and in the T-Mobile app after We went Max We can watch YouTube in 4K and any other streaming services that support 4K!!! I moved to OKC but I always FaceTime My Family in Arkansas and I’m so grateful to Rianna because I can see My family’s faces whenever I want and I don’t feel so alone. My family always tell Me when they see Rianna and if I’m in town I always stop by for T-Mobile Tuesday’s and say Hi to Her and the team!!! Thanks Rianna for helping My family out constantly and always being so upbeat about everything and so caring. Keep doing what You’re are doing and You will do amazing things in life!!! Cheers!!!

Update: 02/28/2023: A Special Shout-Out to the team at this location (Feyetteville Road, Van Buren, AR.). Without getting into the technical details, Tristan, Michael and Rianna teamed up to resolve an intricate issue regarding my phone. It was an amazing show of team execution, and they got me up and running in a flash. THIS is truly GREAT customer service. I cannot say enough of these three. Thanks so much Tristan, Michael and Rianna for taking good care of me!!!!!!This place is absolutely amazing. We have had T-Mobile for the past year and I honestly have to say it was well worth the switch. They've made our lives so much easier and affordable without sacrificing quality or service as well as only costing us half of what our previous carrier of 25 years charged us. Today I had some business to take care of and Rianna helped me. As ALWAYS she was a joy to deal with and took care of me in a blink of an eye. The rest of the staff are on point as well. Thanks for always being there and taking good care of us.
