I went there to get gray blending. The stylist didn't even discuss the process with me and kept the bleach on for over 2 hours. She constantly talked to her coworker and barely checked on me. After she rinsed my hair she did a horrible cut. Uneven and my hair started falling out. After I complained they asked me to come in so the manager could look at it. They trimmed it and that was it. My hair was fried and they didn't even offer a treatment or my money back. I wouldn't take a stray dog to this place for a cut.

Unprofessional and has no clue how to color or highlight hair. I came in two hours early so she could see my hair and understand that my hair had red tones on it and she said she could highlight my hair. I was there for almost 4 hours and she didn’t know what to do about my hair and it turned pink so she asked the girls she worked with to double talk me and gave me the runaround about how burgundy is hard to get out of hair. When she finally got finished with my hair it was black. Please do not go to them for highlights you will regret it!Service: Hairstyling

I absolutely loved my experience here.Firstly, as someone with incredibly bad anxiety -- this is the place to go! Everyone there will make you feel at ease and like you belong. I've never been one to feel at ease in salon type settings but this place was completely different. They are so incredibly nice there.Secondly, let's talk services! I had my hair washed, cut and styled for under $40. And to be honest, it's the cutest haircut I've ever had. Erin took the time to find out exactly what I wanted and made sure I was happy with it the entire way through. She was so fantastic at her job. Not to mention, the coolest person to talk to! She's an absolute gem.Lastly, it's actually IN VAN BUREN! No more traveling to Fort Smith for every little thing.I will forever be going to this salon! If you can get in with Erin, you'll be in amazing hands.

So happy with my results on my hair cut with Roxy!!! I went in to get a super short cut (I have really curly hair) so I was a little nervous, but I wanted to be spontaneous an go with it!!
