For 180 a night you can do better. I have stayed at other less expensive IHG hotels and had a better stay. Rooms are in a sad state of disrepair.
Rooms: Many things in the room were broken. Light hanging down in the room entry area. There is no water pressure. 10 min to run water to get hot water. Water pressure so low you can't wash off soap.

Wanda was very rude, almost refused to wait on the crew or to give us rooms yelled at us saying how about you all just go stay somewhere else never again this spot.

Ihg program, very unprofessional. Told me it was 5000 points for a free night with no events going on around town. I gave her my rewards number then she changed it to 29,000 put. Do not trust (ihg)

When booked, I explained my arrival would be midnight and it was, and I understandably requested a late check out. I was told they didn’t do late check outs there. Thought that was unaccommodating considering it was a Monday night, and very few guests were registered. Plenty of other hotel to pick from.
Rooms: Nice, clean and spacious
Safety: Felt comfortable unloading personal belongings in the middle of the night.

My husband and I LOVE Holiday Inn Express Hotels! But I must say that this was our least favorite! The 2 night older lady clerks seemed like we were interrupting their conversation and cell phone use and were snippy to the next guests as well. In customer service your first impression is your most important and reflects on the business. We were on our way back from traveling the East Coast, and stayed here. We went to our room and it was double beds instead of a King. They checked us in wrong, again they could have asked and verified our accommodations upon check in. Got to our king room and not only was it handicapped (which we did not ask for) but it WREAKED of Dog! The smell was bad and I even tried using my scented air freshener! The lighting was horrible in the bathroom definitely not bright enough to see your face so the brightest light was in the shower. Now the shower let water all on to the bathroom floor and got the floor mat soaked! Pluses: The clerk in the morning should be a TRAINER for customer service! She was extremely friendly and very helpful! The bed was comfortable. Not bothered by interstate noise at all!

Rooms: We had to ask for another room after we checked into our "non-smoking " room.
It smelled so badly of cigarette smoke that it set off my sister's asthma.
We were given a room that did smell better, but it was a hassle to go all the way back downstairs to the check-in to get a new room.
Food and drinks: Their breakfast was excellent! They had a very friendly kitchen staff that did an excellent job.

Lovely room! Unless you're staying on the interstate side where the rumble and roar of semi trucks goes through the night.

Really nice staff and good location off of the highway (if you don’t mind traffic noise). My only complaint would be it could use a good deep clean.

Rooms: The rooms are clean and very cozy.
Nearby activities: They have a gym and there’s lot to do in west Memphis and it’s located near Memphis Tennessee.
Safety: Very clean and taken care of hotel always nice and friendly people.

Room was not what it cost me bed was horrible shower was luke warm and water presure was bad and the pan cake machine was broke not one of the best holiday inns
