Sam's Club Delivers Pizza to Your Door for Under $9
Sam's Club, the Walmart-owned warehouse retailer, announced it's launching pizza delivery nationwide, bringing its popular $8.98 Member's Mark 16-inch Hot Baked Pizza straight to customers' doorsteps.
By the end of May, all Sam's Club members can order the oversized pies for express delivery through the retailer's app or website. The catch? Don't expect Domino's speed—Sam's Club guarantees delivery in "as little as three hours," which might test your patience but not your wallet.

The real advantage lies in what else you can add to your order. Need five pounds of clementines with your pepperoni pizza? How about 580 Ziploc sandwich bags or a 300-count bottle of pain reliever? Sam's Club lets you bundle your dinner with any warehouse item, creating a one-stop shopping experience that traditional pizza chains can't match.
However, delivery costs vary dramatically by membership tier. Plus members ($110 annually) get free delivery on orders over $50, while standard Club members ($50 annually) pay $12 for regular delivery. Express delivery adds another $8 to either option.
The beloved food court pizzas—available in Cheese, Pepperoni, and Four Meat—have become a "go-to for family dinners, game-day spreads and one-swipe lunches that somehow fed the whole crew," according to the Bentonville, Arkansas-based retailer. Customer feedback was clear: "I wish I could get this delivered."
"When we talk about innovation, it's not just about what's new," said Kurt Hess, Sam's Club group director of operations and implementation. "It's about what makes life easier for our members. Pizza delivery is a perfect example: It brings together value, convenience and one of our most-loved Café items in a way that fits how people shop today."

The pizza delivery is part of Sam's Club's bigger push into digital services. CEO Chris Nicholas told analysts the company is "seeing growth in convenience," noting that more than 50% of members now interact digitally with the retailer. Last week, Sam's Club reported 27% e-commerce growth during the first quarter, driven by "triple-digit growth" in store-fulfilled delivery.
This move puts Sam's Club ahead of warehouse rival Costco, which doesn't offer food court delivery. The timing reflects how pizza delivery evolved post-pandemic, when non-pizza chains began competing with traditional pizza concepts through delivery apps like DoorDash and Grubhub.
"The launch of pizza delivery is more than a crave-worthy convenience," Sam's Club said. "It's the latest step in a bigger shift" toward bringing everything from fresh meals to pharmacy refills directly to members' homes.
For budget-conscious families, an $8.98 large pizza delivered might just be the deal of the decade.
