Me and my friend went in for a haircut. Her experience was pretty good and chill and her hairdresser was friendly. Mine however, came and didn’t smile the whole time while I’m trying to make small talks and it was really awkward. Everything was going fine but then she came in with the spray bottle and practically gave me a shower. She sprayed it all over my face my shoulders which again fine. Everyone has their technique right? My hair gets tangled easily so she had to get another brush and combed my hair like it was a wig. So rough and so hardly. The haircut went pretty good. I liked the length and I was happy with the hair but then she came out with I think was a blade and started shaving the ends. I told her I don’t want that and she just said it will look good okay? At this point I shut down completely. Ohh and she didn’t even dry my hair. I asked her to do dry my hair after I paid and she went “ You want more dry?” I said yes and sat back in the chair and she used the dryer a little and told me it’s done but my hair was still wet.

I got my hair done 2 ish weeks ago and at first I loved it. I’m currently in hair school rn so I know a lot about hair. The girl doing my hair was really nice and was giving me lots of layers which I thought was really strange because I only asked for a haircut and bangs. I just got into my salon and my friend pointed on that my layers on uneven! My whole entire head is uneven! I’m never coming here again I’m very upset and would like my money back!

I saw the website and walked in but left with only my bangs cut and hair straightened for $42!! Wonderful hairdresser though who I tipped nicely

Seems like they have new staff because I could not see any old staff working here. They ruined my hairs. Paid $25+tax but they did not cut my hair properly. I have been doing my hair cut from this location from past 5 years

I brought my sons to this Salon for haircuts, a place we've visited before. However, this time, there was a barber from a different store working. Unfortunately, she didn't adhere to my son's requested haircut style and even expressed her dislike for it. As a result, my son was dissatisfied, leading to no tip. While waiting for my other son's haircut from a different barber, she loudly counted tips, making derogatory comments about those who don't tip generously. Due to this experience, I won't be returning to this location as long as that particular barber is there.
