Ok, so I used this great company for five decades. I did not always get the result I wanted, but I always got a helpful, polite and fair experience. Until this year, so I have used this company a long time they have my history. I came in to this branch and I acted politely, engaged in all my manners and hoped to be treated in the same way. The lady I encountered tonight was uncommonly flippant, seemed sarcastic and almost like she sensed an odour from me or something.
I’m at the counter and trying to show her a picture of my ID off of my phone explaining that my picture ID and my birth certificate are locked into Safe at home as soon as my wife gets home e with a key I can open it up and show her, but hoping this will suffice for now to get everything going. Telephone rings, lady becomes engaged. Talking animatedly with what I took to be a customer. I dunno if it was customer or lover; don’t care. As soon as she is off the telephone, I show her the picture, lady says she can’t do anything for me and walks away.
As I said. 50, five decades!!! I did my taxes with the Block so I’m pissed was treated like a scum bag and told I could not be helped???!!
Ok, so I call the store right next, Liberty…
Tell the guy here is my identity for now, I will bring in full I. D. Before any money is exchanged, can we just get started?
“ OF COURSE SIR, we would be happy to help you. Would you please spell your name for me and we can get underway. Of course; you will need to bring in your I. D. Before we can give a refund but we are happy to get started .
