I bought an used F 150 in Sept 2021 (Ebi, sales fellow) and it is the best truck around. I had a tiny issue recently, and Jordan was very helpful - it was nothing mechanical. The truck has performed wonderfully, over the last 3 years.
I certainly appreciate this dealership standing behind their vehicles, and I am going to stick with Jimmy if I ever sell this truck and buy another.
I am planning on getting a SpaceKap for the 8 ft bed and drive it across Canada for the second time.

Nothing but good things to say about Jim Pattison Lease. Ebi was great to deal with and really had my best interests at heart. I was coming from out of town and he and Vick made it easy to get the info that I needed and to get the deal done as quickly as possible. I will be back!

I recently purchased a vehicle for my business with Ebi and Vick. Ebi was very helpful and treated me with respect answering any questions i had as my salesman. Vick took care of the financing and made the process very easy. After the sale was complete i discovered a small discrepancy in the pricing we negotiated. When i brought this to Vicks attention he quickly rectified the issue and mailed me a cheque with no fuss.
Thanks again Ebi and Vick. Hopefully as my business grows we can work together again in the future.

As a newcomer to Vancouver, I just bought a used car from Jim Pattison Lease last month. EBi received me and was very enthusiastic. He gave me a very good price and helped me a lot, so that I could get the car as soon as possible to start my life in Vancouver.
It is important to mention that Jim Pattison's manager Brent helped me a lot with some minor problems with the car and solved the problems in time. Brent is a very trustworthy person, enthusiastic and honesty. Here I not only bought a cost-effective car, but also made very good friends.
It is my greatest honor to meet Brent and EBi. They are very trustworthy friends. If I change my car next time, I will 100% continue to choose Jim Pattison Lease and his partners, and recommend my friends to Jim Pattison Lease to have a look.

We recently purchased a used car from this lot and were so well taken care of by Ebi. We shopped all summer at different places - usually finding the salespeople high pressure and un-trustworthy. We immediately had a different experience with Ebi. He was so low-pressure, kind and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our purchase. This was a big moment for our family (purchasing our first family vehicle), and we were so grateful to find Ebi at this lot.

I bought a Mini Cooper 3 months ago. I had a problem after the purchase, but they followed up and solved the problem right away. The car's quality is really good, and I haven't had any problems until now. Ebi was my dealer, and he helped me a lot. :)

I want to share my recent experience at Jim Pattison Lease. I dropped off a vehicle on Friday last week. My second phone, with International sim card inserted but no mobile data. It was really very difficult to locate my Samsung mobile phone. I was not able to memorize where i lost my phone. So, i started calling everywhere i go on Friday. And, called MIKE PETERSON , who was on holidays so he given me his Colleague JORDAN’s number who helped me finding my phone which was stuck very badly under the sliding seat with the help of RECEPTIONIST and OTHER TEAM MEMBERS. I am really delighted with the honesty and excellent customer service skills showed by each and every team/ department member of Jim Pattison Lease burnaby. These people care so much about their clients that i would definitely come back since they believe going above and beyond. ???
