Had a few great experiences here, Nadia who believed to be the owner was very kind and welcoming. She took the time to share her knowledge on the different stones I was interested in. After trying on a few pieces she was kind enough to point out that a few of items were on sale. I've been to this store on 5 separate occasions and have had a pleasant experience each time. They have an awesome collection of not only jewelry but also decorative items for the house. I would recommend this place to anyone interested in stones.

June 2023 - I have to admit I was really shocked to see the low reviews for this store! I've been going there for a few years now and especially through the pandemic was worried every time I went back that it might have disappeared. Because of the ongoing construction they've had to move storefronts several times, but I'm glad that they're still there.I have never had the issues that other people are discussing regarding the lady who is there. Maybe it's somebody different they're talking about, but every time I have been there, if I recall correctly, it's always the same person.Admittedly I haven't had to ask for advice very often (if ever) because I'm somewhat knowledgeable about the stones, and I'm usually there with a friend who knows much more than I do. I can appreciate what people are saying in the reviews where they address that it's a problem if the staff is not able to adequately answer their questions.I also like that I can buy beads and incense there.I've been happy with the prices in general. That's the only reason I knocked off a star; because although I think they have acceptable prices on most of items in the store, the odd one will surprise me in that they are considerably higher than I expect. Having said that, this store is less expensive than some other stores I've gone to.Overall, I'm happy with the selection and pricing (compared to other places I've shopped), and I'm glad that they're still in business.

My advice to any crystal lover that wants to go here, please don’t. Not only was the woman working there rude. But the two times I’ve been, none of the staff can tell me what type of crystal I’m holding when I show them, even if it’s something basic like Rose Quartz. I wouldn’t trust that they are legit crystals either if they can’t tell you where they came from.

Clearly this place cares 0 about it's customer service. Lady Nadia who claims is the owner doesn't even know about crystals that she sells ! When I asked her, she said it was written somewhere, check on your own or Google haha Later, I asked her about the gold-plated jewelry like how to take care of it. And she said it is simple and if you have so many concerns then just buy real gold ! Lol I think she needs to grind and eat all these crystals, as for sure she is not in her senses. She needs help and must close this business down. I have been to one crystal store on Granville Island. What an amazing environment and customer service. This store is selling cheap stuff which worth not even 50 cents ! Plus her awful attitude ? Never going again.

I’m a regular client. I bought necklaces from this shop. They did not make strong enough. It broke. I came to the shop want to fix but will charge $15 which I only bought for $20. Very bad customer service!!!

Would give this store particularly the very unhelpful cashier a 0. Today my friend & I popped in after purchasing at Cobs Bread next door. I wanted to see what kind of Amethyst jewellery and stones they had.The caucasian man was so reluctant to help us, even followed us around the store as if we were suspected criminals. ?I wish I hadn’t purchased anything especially after the man was so rude to my friend with reluctant answers (clearly unknowledgeable in anything this mineral store sells) and the growing disdain towards her. Oh and he was so nice to his fellow caucasians before us. These are the micro-aggressions us PoC receive even here in Vancouver.Awful man and will never recommend this store!

If I could would give this store 0, the quality of the materials used in rings and necklaces is really questionable, whatever is stated to be silver or gold is not even close to jewelry grade metal. Overall quality is horrible, and most of the crystals are fake, but priced really high. And the cherry on the cake is the rudest cashier working there, not sure if it is the owner, if so she should be ashamed of herself. Definitely wouldn't recommend visiting.

Worst experience the girl works there was so rude and disrespectful ?She told my store has 15 minute time limit and you have to go I never experienced anything like that and she said to me it's hard to run business yeah with your attitude it must be and the store has so many stuff you can't possibly choose in 15 minutedon't support this store I hope they change the policy and staff it's such a shame we have store in Canada with this kind of customer service

What I was told was a sterling silver ring, was not sterling silver. I went to a jeweller to get it sized and she told me it was some sort of medal , not silver. That was covered in cheap rhodium. It was my go to store in the past but they lie right to your face and paid way too much for the sapphire ring !Don’t believe a word they say.

Since a range of items are priced the same, you need to be discerning about quality. Neither staff members wore masks.This store sells white sage and palo santo which I personally find irresponsible/unethical.

This store is so great variety of different sizes and types of stones to chose from. Best customer service ever! they explain well about every stones I asked. Plus unbelievable prices. I bought bunch of earnings for my daughter.Highlyrecommended.
