Our favourite real estate person in the best city in the world we love so much. Yinon is more than a realtor or a salesperson, he is doing everything right from the first meeting to after the transaction. He took the load off our shoulders and helped us throughout every step of the way.
We are very picky and we really wanted to make sure we choose the right property for us in Metrotown and Yinon showed tremendous enthusiasm and support throughout our condo hunting. He spotted red flags and pointed out headwinds and challenges with every apartment we viewed and liked. He showed us what the city of Burnaby is aiming for in the area and what type of development would be built in the areas we showed interest. It helped a lot to paint the picture of our family future and get a sense of how our long-term community will feel like. The buying process was smooth and we took advantage of the influx of supply and chose the best option that fits our needs. We are so happy we chose to work with Yinon during this paramount journey and would refer him to anyone we know that look for his forever home in Vancouver area.
