I had a great experience with my mortgage renewal process through CIBC. Koosha is very knowledgeable, provides great advice, and works in a timely manner. Even though I mentioned I might consider a different financial institution, he was more than willing to help me with open arms. I highly recommend him for any type of mortgage. No matter the situation, he is always gonna be my first point of contact.

So unfortunate that I had to deal with an Irresponsible advisor that takes him TWO WEEKS to reply my emails regarding transferring money to my TFSA!
maybe it’s because under 100k, they don’t have time for me!
Don’t waste your time going there!

This is my favorite CIBC branch. I always feel welcomed at the front desk. The staff here are super friendly and knowledgeable. Despite that there are only a few people working here, they always try their best to help me. The manager here took me in as a walk-in guest the other day when it wasn’t too busy. I was able to get a lot of helpful advices with my investment options and eventually decided to do the investment with CIBC. Philip helped me with my GIC purchase the other day. But he went beyond than simply processing the transaction for me. He introduced so many different investment options that CIBC offered. I never had the same experience at a different branch or a different bank. This branch is such a hidden gem. Highly recommended for people in this neighborhood. So much better than the other branches I’ve been to before.

I do not understand the point of this location. No teller services. One person for you to check in with. It is like a mini CIBC with a fraction of staff and services.
Told I have to go to other inconvenient locations far from here. Shrug.

I booked an appointment with a manager and when I arrived, he wasn't even in work that day! This, coupled with lack of communication when I arrived at the branch was disappointing. They rescheduled my appointment to a telephone appointment the following day at 1pm and I received no phone call. Overall, a very disappointing and unprofessional experience.

Such an amazing first experience at CIBC. Philip Murgun was a wonderful advisor who went above and beyond to help us with all of our questions and concerns. I loved the fact that CIBC use paperless banking and doesnt give you bunch of useless documents when opening an account. Overall, very happy with my experience at this branch.

Won't be back. leave a message for someone at the branch= (don't bother, just call the Head office), Investors Edge= wait 2 weeks minimum (more like 3 weeks), transfer funds= archaic 2+ days

Called the branch number, took a long time before someone from the Toronto head office answered and said this branch is closed and is just an ATM. No tellers or advisors available. They should really update this listing.
