Typical auto parts store, staff are neutral and some are friendly.
the prices can be a bit cheaper but that's more of a Lordco-corporate thing rather than per store basis. Also they mention that they don't take used motor oil when you call them but their front staff actually take it.

Multiple visits. Location is open 7 days which is nice, and occasionally they have odd parts that other places may not have in stock.
Today though the guy at the counter was being a total prick. Eating his McDonald's, talking to me with his mouth full. All I needed was a cabin air filter, and he's asking me whether my car was built in Japan or America. I told him to bring me both parts as I had the air filter with me and I could compare the parts. That's when he told me he only has one of them. Then why the heck would you ask me which one I wanted. He brings it to me, so I say okay how much is it. He says 44 bucks. I look online quickly the exact same Fram part is 14.99 at Canadian Tire.
This is the same experience I had with my pail of Shell Rotella T4. List price was $192, with discount it was 160 at lordco. Meanwhile regular price at Canadian Tire for the same pail of oil is $119.
Don't bother with this lordco. You go to an auto parts store to get experience from the counter staff. Not be disgusted by some unhelpful guy eating his lunch and talking to you with a full mouth.

Great little store nestled amongst the giant buildings in Burnaby. This store is in what used to be an old paint store. It's one of the smaller Lordco's I've been to.
Like any Lordco they carry just about everything for your car or truck. I honestly can't speak too much on this store as I have only visited here a couple of times. I can just say the staff were very helpful and friendly. I just popped in on my way to a job to pick up some measly c clips. The staff here were super friendly and helpful and that alone is enough that this store must be successful.
Cheers

Lordco is the biggest auto parts ripoff store in Canada and hire staff that are clueless!Ron at the Clarke Road branch kept making errors on parts I needed even after looking them up. I corrected the parts needed and he gave me attitude plus the price was laughable even with an account. I just walked out and will never return to this store or othersI’ll buy my parts online with Rock Auto about 1/2 the price and delivered to the door in 5 daysDo the research yourself and saveIf you happen to come to this store don’t deal with Ron
