Great quality repairs and paint on my vehicle, and were able to do a same-day estimate while other shops were booking 3+ weeks out for an estimate. Was given a great rental car, the repairs were done quickly, and I'm very pleased with the whole experience. Shout out to William and the other staff who all helped and contributed to my experience!

The owner was very rude to me when I asked some questions by phone call, and I am not willing to pay anything for that kind of attitude. The owner told me to pay $50 for the estimation and I found a better place with very kind and considerate care and not charging for estimation.

After having my windows smashed, I went to New West Collision the next day and they were able to do an estimate on the spot, which is much quicker than all other places I called (which had a lead time of 2-3 weeks just to get an assessment). They handled everything quickly and smoothly and were good communicators. Even though my vehicle was ready for pick up on a heavy snowfall day, they told me I should just wait till the next day to come pick it up and not risk it in the snow and how to explain to ICBC that I needed an extra day with the loaner. When I picked up my car, I was very happy with the workmanship and service. I highly recommend them, and would definitely go back if I ever have body repairs again.

I was shocked because it was my first car accident, but they kindly explained things to me and fixed the car in no time. I wouldn't want to have an accident again, but it was a service I would highly recommend if someone around me had an accident.Service: Body & Trim

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!I have never been so disrespected in my life. I brought my SUV after a Hit and Run to New West Collision on the recommendation of my dealership. The body shop attendant took photos and was supposed to submit them to ICBC under my claim number (which was provided to them). They never bothered to submit anything and it's been 3 weeks! When I called to follow-up on the progress and when I can expect to take my SUV in to be fixed...I was met with hostility and unprofessionalism by the body shop attendant.Go elsewhere!

I had my very first car accident that was not big at all. Brand new car. Pretty small and went to new west collision but I had quite the terrible experience. Nothing went smooth. First of all, it took me a month and a half to receive my car that shouldn’t have had. Also, when they tole me the car was ready in two days, they called on the day of an hour before picking up my car stating that there’s a problem that they never noticed.Then, it took me another week to get my car back because there was something wrong beneath my bumper that they should’ve noticed. Because they had to take out my bumper out. So then I had to go through another ICBC. But because it’s unknown damage, I had to do another claim.In the end, they told me they will just cover it up for me by giving them cash.After they were done fixing my car, I took a look and there was a little gap where they did not put the parts together properly.I would not recommend this body shop. Never. Just absolutely ridiculous

Arrived at the body shop from ICBC Claim center in 7 days.
Waiting for repair parts... Arrived in 3 weeks and arrived in 1 month...
Very slow process of ICBC
Hit&run...Rcmp is the culprit
Even though it is said that it was caught... the insurance premium of the person who suffered the damage is deductible.
I first paid $300.00 to the body shop and picked up the car.
Thanks giving Thank you to Body Shop Roy/manger for coming to work and cooperating even though it was the first day of vacation.

Best Auto Body ExperienceThe owner went extra length to make sure the repairs exceeded my expectations. The shop professionally repaired my 2012 Mercedes frontal damages due to a collision accident. The owner explained the repair works in detail both before and afterwards. The end result was a showroom like perfection. The shop finished the job with an overall detailing of the car which brought back the original white coloration. The warm and sincere service attitude are very nice addition to the overall experience.I would highly recommend this shop without any hesitation.Services: Body & Trim

I really like the fact that they fixed my car so well, but the service is really good as they say. It was nice that they explained in detail both at the beginning and after the repair was completed, and they kindly guided me through how the repair would proceed, which made me feel at ease while my car was being repaired. The car has become a surprisingly clean new car :) I highly recommend it~.
