I’m a bit late with this review however it’s still very well deserved.In October of 2023 I was in the market for another truck. After looking all over BC and AB I found a ford raptor here at ABH, I contacted the sales manager Perry and we started chatting about things. He was incredible and got my confidence right away, the finance manager Naomi took over and helped me every step of the way, not only were they going above and beyond for me but they were so pleasant and patient with my situation / requests, I was not local so I really wanted to make sure this was the right deal for me, I arrived to town about a week later and met with the Owner Ken who was also beyond fantastic.I wanted to inspect the truck fully myself top to bottom, test drive it and make sure it was in good shape, Ken was more then happy to let me check it out and do what I wanted to do, they were very transparent with what was going on with the vehicle and let me perform my own inspection and scan the truck. I didn’t find anything else wrong with it other then what they had stated ( unlike other dealerships I had visited )Once I was finished we made a deal and signed the paper work !Overall the transaction was super smooth and easy to deal with, you really get the “ family “ vibe with how they all interact with eachother along with the costumers. They truly went above and beyond I believe with the service.After a few months the truck has seen quite the transformation and it’s still running great!I 100% would recommend them to anyone.Thanks again guys!

We had one of our newer trucks with a failed alternator on the highway near Grand Forks. I contacted Jesse at ABH who immediately went to our driver with some rescue tools and was able to both get the truck to their shop and our driver to a hotel. If parts had been available Jesse would have come back on after hours to repair. Fantastic service and very professional. Great communication throughout and our equipment is ready for pickuif you need help with your vehicle these are the folks to see. Thanks so much p.

Jesse and the team are top class , I had an awesome experience. Was in Grand forks for a holiday and had some truck problems, gave him a call dealt with my truck immediately. Had my muffler system replaced at ABH service. These guy's are very professional and went out of their way to get my vehicle in and repaired ASAP. They saved me a good 2 hour drive & fuel in that I didn't have to come in the next day as I live an hour out of Grand Forks. Thank you for the good service, coffee and cookies. I'd go back and deal with them anytime.

I was purchasing a car in Grand Forks and required it to be inspected before the purchase. I am from out of town and dealt with Jesse who went above and beyond. He organized and coordinated between myself, the seller and the garage. They did a complete inspection and provided a comprehensive written description of the car and any deficiencies. He then helped when I had an issue with the car when I came to town to pick it up. He was always very friendly and extremely helpful. I would not hesitate to use ABH again!

I looked at the Ram Trucks selection on this lot while shopping for a truck.A word of caution to car buyers: "Watch for previously damaged, rebuilt or salvage vehicles when shopping at all dealerships". Make sure you look closely and check for declaration of such. I shopped here during closed hours, so I have no clue of the disclosures or status of this dealer's selection of vehicles.Nice looking lot with a good selection of vehicles. Prices are definitely negotiable.

I work for interior health in home support, so my having my car functioning properly is a huge necessity. Today on my lunch break, my serpentine belt snapped and I panicked. I called Jesse Ritco at ABH right away, and he and his crew got my car in right away. It's now 4 pm and my car is home and running great! Jesse even picked me up from work with my car! Very fair prices as well! Thank you guys so much!

I needed a new clutch installed in my truck so I called Jesse R. He bent over backwards to work with my schedule and had no issue installing the kit I brought with me. They found a few more necessary repairs and did it all staying within the original quote which was awesome . Pretty tough to get a break nowadays but I'll tell you these guys won't disappoint!! Mechanic Jesse did a great job, quick , clean and efficient! Can't say enough about this little shop! If your ride needs some attention call Jesse R and he'll make it right and treat you with respect and most importantly honestly! Good work guys! Five stars!!

If I had to pick a spot to break down in the middle of July, this is the place to do so. After being told we'd be waiting until early August for an appointment by one shop in town, and by another (a five minute drive up the road) that the they wouldn't drop off the part we were ready to pay for on the spot, we went down the block to ABH. There, with defunct part in hand, Jesse Ritco replaced what was necessary, then he came out to where our car was (beside the motel), with his code reader and helped reinstall the part. He ran the reader and everything checked out alright. When we drove in to pay, he gave us more advice and gave us a very good price for parts and service.Also, while my driving partner was waiting at the shop, the owner kept him well supplied with water. Just an amazing garage. 10/10, could not have been any better.
