Was Christmas and my fridge packed it in. Shop was closed but we were met there and got to pick out a fridge that was in excellent condition. Price was amazing. Will definitely come here when our other appliances need work or replaced.

Took our 1200.00 for a really nice fridge..but it hasnt worked from day one...took it back to Kelowna from kamloops brought it home same thing ...didnt work..Refund???,,NEVER gives refunds..all our fault he said..Rude and Beligerent to me on phone and my husband and I are in our late 70's..Shanmeful behaviour!

I was looking for a laundry center for weeks, and I was mainly looking on Facebook for a used one. I contacted so, so many people and appliance refurbishment places.Ward was the only person to give me the time of day.Not only did he help me with finding exactly what I wanted, but he got it shipped out to me through a courier. As I'm hours away from the store.Once the machine got here, I had some minor trouble, but he talked me through it and gave me information and all was good.Awesome unit, ran a few loads and it's better than the set we had before.Very happy with my entire experience!

This place went over and beyond at every turn for us! Our washer died over the weekend and even though the website said the business was closed my husband decided to drive by anyway. Well the guy (whom I believe is maybe the owner) was there and, even though he could have just said "no we're closed", opened the door to my husband and took the time to help him. They had a washer and dryer set for $400 and, since my husband forgot our dryer is dying too, he agreed to split up the set. Then we were facing another problem, getting it home. Again this guy went out of his way and took time out of his own Sunday to get it delivered to us. It wasn't until late in the evening yesterday that my husband realized about the dryer. But now, since the purchase was complete, would he still honor the price he'd set for the pair? Yes! And again helped to arrange delivery! I cannot say enough about the incredible customer service. Having 3 kids this man's helpfulness was a gift from God! As long as we are living in Kelowna this business will be my first choice!

Screamed at my partner for blocking a loading zone well after business hours. I cant speak on the quality of service they provide but if that's how they communicate outside of work I can only imagine. Not men of integrity screaming at women and lucky I wasnt there.
