Got out of the hospital with a spinal cord injury stayed for two weeks
The water for showering and dishes was Luke warm coming out of the taps and the toilet didn't work eventually flooded the bathroom and the only thing they did was Bring me a mop bucket and towels leaving me to fend for myself! I have a spinal cord injury and paying for a room they should have maintenence right? Not giving a handicapped person a mop and bucket!
Not only that but the lady tending the rooms is in a full on war with one of the tenants and they are very vocal with their abusive and violent behavior.
Warning to people who stay here it is very un professional.

A wonderful, well kept inn near the center of town. A wonderful host and stay. The bedroom was clean and fairly updated with a king sized bed. The only reduction in one star was because the room had a slight cigarette odour.

Stayed at the alpine in 3 weeks ago . It was amazing the staff was very helpful .The owner was so welcoming the rooms were very clean I slept so well an comfortable

1 room didn't have heat was given a small heater. They parked a tractor right beside my room.

Small out dated rooms, no good TV channels. Walking distance to every thing.Rooms: Very small, small closet and no dresserSafety: Felt safe even out at night.Walkability: Walk to every place we needed to go. Great walking paths

Compared AirBBs in multiple cities and locations and would take Alpine over anything in the price range any day. Everything is new and clean and there are luxuries you would not find at large hotel chains.

The rooms were very clean and quite spacious, and the king size bed was super comfortable. The bedding was a little worn out with a few noticeable holes in the sheets but pillows and bedding smelled and felt clean. The heavy bedspread should go. I folded mine up and left it on the table to sleep because those things are GROSS!Service was friendly and welcoming and the location was perfect for my needs

The rooms are old fashioned. Very simple.Very clean. The owners are wonderful. They go out of their way to insure your comfort.This is nota hotel. No room service or restaurant on site. Large refrigerator and microwave in room. Local grocery store and restaurants 5 minute walk away.If you're planning on doing some hiking and exploring the area for a weekend or a week this is a great place to stay.

Had to stay at Alpine in while evacuated recently. Very spacious rooms and decently clean. The lighting can be a bit depressing at times, having only one wall light in the main huge area. Think a change in bedding would spruce up the place a lot as I believe the current bedding makes it very dated looking. I also think the second area with a bed should have some way to close off, even just a curtain!Walls are quite thin so bring ear plugs if sound bothers you when sleeping.Room smelled of cigarette smoke when I arrived despite being a no smoking room. Unfortunately you can smoke right outside of the rooms, as well as smoke just being hard to get out of indoors once there, but I purchased some spray to help limit odors for my time there.They provided some dishes in the room but no dish soap to keep them clean.Staff is friendly and understanding. It's a family business, I believe, so it's important to be understanding as well.Thank you to Alpine for helping us evacuees.

Very grateful to the lovely lady who checked me in when I was exhausted from driving! Nice place: quiet, clean, roomy (even a full sized fridge!).
