I recently purchased two costly pillows and didn’t know they were on sale, lol
I went to the store to return the product because I was not getting used to it. When I entered the store, two employees didn’t try to help me at all; they didn’t even stand up from their chairs. One of them told me I couldn't return the product and get different ones. This might happen to you; stay tuned.
Given this horrible experience, I will not purchase products from Sleep Country from now on.

Save your money please!! If you think they sell better mattress, don't bother! You are spending double OR almost triple amount of money and get the same quality mattress that you can buy anywhere else. Store stuffs are very nice but when it comes to issues, you call for customer service with no better solution! At the end you are gonna buy a new mattress to resolve your problem.

I had an excellent experience at Sleep Country, thanks to Garry. He was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, taking the time to explain all the details about the different mattress options. What stood out the most was how he went above and beyond to ensure we got the best deal, even better than what we found at other branches. If you're looking for great customer service and the best prices, I highly recommend visiting Garry at this Sleep Country location.

Can’t believe how incompetent and “unethical” your store clerks in Langley are!
My wife and I went Saturday August 10 to look for pillows. We had recently spent over $16,000 dollars at the store buying Tempurpedic beds and frames at Christmas time. Naturally we assumed that we would be treated well at the store again. Boy were we ever wrong!
We got there and were greeted by a Chinese lady who could barely speak English. There was a two for one sale on pillows and those were the ones we were interested in. The woman could not explain anything nor was she willing to help. We chose two of those pillows on sale and she went over and talked to whom I believed was her sales manager, another Chinese fellow.
You could almost hear the wheels rolling in their heads. They decided to charge us full price for BOTH of the pillows but were willing to give us a 15% discount on the pillow protector cases. Wow! Talk about lies and deception, they quoted us $ 475. plus taxes for the pillows (now not on sale) and covers. Finally we had enough of their wrangling over price, basically losing trust in their ethics and left the building.
We then went to the Cloverdale store where we were treated royally. Not only did we get the pillows at the two for one deal that Langley was going to scam us over for full price, we also got a 20% off deal on the pillow cases because we were loyal customers. We ended up paying $ 348.54 including taxes. We will definitely go back to the Cloverdale store but will never go back to the Langley one!
Avoid the Langley store at all costs !!!

We're so thankful Natali helped us pick the perfect mattress and pillows. She truly made the experience stress free. There was no pressure to purchase immediately and she patiently answered all our questions. We ended up buying the Springwall Chiropractic Harbour Mattress along with both a Tempur-Pedic Adapt and an ActiveDough Bamboo Charcoal Pillow. What a world of difference it's made to our sleep! Thanks again Natali for improving our night's rest, even following up for tips on caring for our new purchase. I also want to mention delivery was efficient, and the 2 men completing it were professional and kind. Couldn't be happier to have shopped at Sleep Country.

Went in last month with my wife to check some mattresses out. Everyone was very helpful. Went back in today with my colored brother to buy a mattress and no one even said so much as hello to us. Made him feel unwelcome and out of place.

Wife & I went in to buy 2 Pillows. Had excellent service from Jordan. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. We bought 2 pillows and got the heck out as the store was very warm and muggy, No AC going and it was 31• outside. That should be fixed asap SCC.

Truly the best experience around and the service and knowledge from Shannon was top notch.
We first went to the Bay and Ashley furniture who were both terrible to deal with...more on that later. The perfect salesperson is someone who isn't too pushy, is straight-up honest with you, and just cares about finding you the best option for you. Shannon did exactly that and didn't try to upsell us on anything. We spent over an hour trying out different mattresses and she was kind, upfront and answered the dozens of tough questions we had with total confidence and knowledge. She knew her stuff and clearly has been well trained. We were in on Wednesday and got our mattress by the following Monday. Amazing delivery guys that actually work for Sleep Country, cared about setting up the mattress right and even told us something we didn't know about how our bed frame could be easily adjusted. Just a great process from beginning to the end delivery. Competitors sometimes use 3rd party delivery guys who we've found just rush and aren't careful.
They had a great deal on the mattress we chose, had the best service and a reasonable pick-up/disposal charge of our old mattress for only $59. The competitors were more expensive, and had mediocre service. Ashley doesn't even bother to pick up old mattresses and they require you to buy their overpriced mattress protectors at $190 to get the full 10 year warranty, and the Bay had a 2 month wait time to get the mattress we liked. Also, I've bought from the Bay before and they have the worst customer service after you've bought your mattress or any furniture (beware of them, avoid at all costs).
Simply put, best customer service around from Shannon and I'm sure the others working there are the same, best prices and best delivery options. Will recommend to everyone in my family! Easy choice, don't bother with the competitors!

We bought sheets here last year and loved them... so of course we had to go back. Randy talked us thru the options and was able to explain the difference between egyptian cotton and bamboo (who knew sheets varied so much!), but we had to go back to the bamboo sheets and after having slept on them over the weekend we are beyond happy with our choice. Such a nice individual! Love the great customer service and warranty that comes with them! Thank you!
