I recently witnessed an extremely disappointing experience with this mechanic shop. After holding a customer’s car for over a month, they returned it in an even worse condition—completely non-functional. The owner accepted cash payment but refused to provide a receipt, and now is avoiding any attempts at communication. This is not how a professional business should operate. I would strongly advise against trusting them with your vehicle if you’re looking for quality service and accountability.

DO NOT GO AHEAD WITH REPAIRS WITHOUT A RECEIPT OR INVOICE/WORK ORDER. The owner is known to take money hold vehicles and not repair them. Do not be fooled make sure everything is done with proper paperwork!

I was having problem with my windshield wipers and it was suggested that I go to
B&F to see if he could fix it , he took a look at it immediately no wait at all and fixed it right then . It was an easy fix so he didn’t charge me , that’s unheard of these days it’s nice yo know there are still good people in this world . Awesome service I will definitely go there again with any other car issues I might have . Thank you B&F sorry I didn’t get the gentleman’s name .

Today I experienced above and beyond service, no notice of me coming in and I was treated with the utmost respect. I was told the lot was full for the day and I couldn’t get my car serviced. But with a quick explanation of my situation and they still fit me in, for a fair price seeing as the mechanic stayed late to complete my service. The overall work done to the vehicle makes me confident in its longevity, I would recommend this place to anyone!

I came in yesterday to get my serpentine belt replaced as it was split pretty bad and was able to get it done and pick my car up the same day, quality service reasonably priced, even opened on Saturdays which is nice if you have work during the week. Highly recommend

Absolutely amazing customer service, fair pricing and quality work you can count on. I was able to get my vehicle in asap (short notice to boot) and have it fixed and returned same day. Highly recommend Sherwin at B & F auto for any vehicle repairs or needs. Sherwin goes above and beyond for his customers; i am now a life time customer based off of my first experience.

Car came in for leaking coolant, mechanic didn't do a pressure test, didn't notice a large leak out the bottom of the accessory side of the engine after he was told the cooland was leaking out and it overheated. He did however flush the coolant and replace it with an oil change. He then told my brother-in-law that the car was old even though it has 65,000km on it and those engines typically blow at that age. Crooked, this mechanic flat out lied to my brother in law after charging him for work the car did not require. If I was there he would not have been able to play that game. I will NOT change this review, I can't see how this was a mistake.
