This place is awesome! Super friendly and helpful without any pressure to buy something you don’t need. Prices are extremely fair and the customer service is amazing! They also resized a gold ring in-house in a couple of hours for half the price of the big name mall stores. Definitely recommend this place!

As a fellow Ryan I stopped in go Ryan Jewelers to purchase a gift for my fiance. I was absolutely blown away by the amazing selection, but more than that I was impressed by the service I recieved from Adriana. She helped me find what I was looking for, and even suggested a matching piece. I was giving her a hard time about the price so she even gave me a cheeky little discount. Me and my partner went to go get my promise ring resized to fit me properly. It was very sentimental to me and meant a lot. It fits perfectly now but the gemstone looks pushed and like cracks are throughout the inside the gemstone. I’m very sad and disappointed with the lack of care and the damage that has been done to jewelry.

Helpful yet rude, I found a piece of jewellery on the ground and wanted to check it out, I spoke to two people here and they answered my questions but the way in which they did it was quick and harsh. I understand I wasn’t paying for the service but kindness shouldn’t have to be purchased. All in all seems like a pretty judging and stuck up environment, then again it is a jeweller.

Ryan Jewellers are amazing! I'd been following them on IG for awhile and when I saw a photo of an engagement ring I wanted to buy for girlfriend, they were more than happy to answer all my questions and shipped it out using FedEX next day shipping across the country so I could have it in time for our vacation! My now fiance still can't stop looking at the ring! Will certainly be going back to them for more in the future.
