I'll start this by saying sales side of things here, no problems; they have always kind and informative and not pushy. What absolutely ruins this dealership is their service department. We purchased our vehicle from another dealership, but the work that was needed on the deal was outsourced to West Coast Ford Lincoln. We had red flags when we walked in the first day and were told all the work should be completed THAT DAY. While the repairs itself were minor, we knew it would not be a 1 day task. What we didn't know is that it would take this dealership 28 days and we still DO NOT HAVE OUR CAR. The lack of knowledge and communication is really something to note here, and its not just the service advisors but the management as well as the upper management. Our vehicle needed covers for our 3rd row, we were told that they could not order the piece individually but it was a set that cost a whopping $3,600. It took a Porsche Centre Langley's SALES ASSOCIATE to find that Ford can in fact order just the covers that needed to be replaced. Feels like they just wanted to upcharge as much as they could. Fast forward to us having to call them for updates on our car, chasing around where we were at, constant delays, etc. (note at this point it was around 10/10, and they've already had the car for 15 days) we get to the part of our car being almost complete. Again, with no phone call with when we can pick up, we phoned once again to see where we are at to be then told "our technician had an accident with your car and the front bumper was damaged coming off the hoist" (or so this is the story they have told us - we have been "misinformed" so many times, its hard to tell what is reality). They then told us different stories on where we are at, lied about the bumper being ordered, and various other fabrications for us to find out that they did not in fact order a new bumper after breaking ours, but tried to "fix it". When this patch job obviously didn't work, they told us the autobody shop they outsourced the repairs to broke the new bumper they ordered (note: this was yet another "misunderstanding"). We physically went to the autobody shop and received a lot more accurate information on what actually happened and where we are at. So here we are 10/23, trying to get ahold of upper management to discuss this serious problem and not getting any response. Their attitudes are very "we don't care" considering how much aggravation and money they have cost our family. I would highly recommend if you are needing a service you look to other dealerships to service your vehicle or be prepared to potentially wait the 28 DAYS we have been waiting. Oh, and our car was "suppose to be ready today" but that won't be happening either (10/23).
Oh and don't bother responding with your "customer satisfaction is our top priority..." because at this point, we understand it most definitely is not, and there's no point reaching out because no one will care to have the decency to respond.

I have had our vehicle serviced here a number of times. Im very impressed at the professionalism from start to finish every time the vehicle has been serviced there, despite the fact we did not buy the vehicle from them. My next purchase of a vehicle will from them!

Have been a customer for 10 plus years, bought 3 cars here and serviced. Very professional and does the job right the first time. Happy that they offer to wash & vacuum my vehicle, time permitting.
Long time client, I have bought several vehicles here and Ken H. took very good care of me to get me into the right vehicle. This service team have done a great job to keep my vehicle on the road. Service Advisor Brad D. is outstanding at the front service desk. Very professional, knowledgeable , takes the time to explain matters & answers my questions. Gives good advice & I feel my business is appreciated. He has a Customer First Attitude, in person & on the phone.

Recently purchased a brand new 15 passenger transit. It took a while for us to get the delivery since it was factory ordered.
