I had never shipped packages through anyone but Canada Post, but thought I would try through FedEx. The young man who assisted me was so patient with me and took the time to compare prices with my requirements. FedEx was quite a bit cheaper and even less than if I had used canada post. Needless to say, my packages were delivered quickly and I will be using this method of shipping from now on. Thanks for the great service. I will definitely be back.

I don't know about this location, but FedEx claims they made an attempted delivery - they did not.
Buzzer goes through my smartphone. No calls. I was home all day.
Called customer service and got an automated run around.
Forget trying to call a human. They won't let you

Bad service. The service took more than 45 minutes and 20 minutes of waiting when only one person was before me. They gave me my receipt on a sheet that had already been used and sharing sensitive information from another shipment.

Very bad service, even if you pay a fortune for an expedited delivery, they simply "LIE" and say we couldn't find you, and guess what I was at home. You are so lazy to contact repcipient to ask buzzer code to get into the building. And without any confirmation you don't attempt to deliver it again, you simply leave it in an authorized pickup location. You are so frustrating as always I hate your company so much.

The service is good when picking up packages. I’ve never shipped anything from this location and can’t speak to that. They need to adjust their hours to be more accessible, many people can’t make it by the 5:30 PM closing time on weekdays.

This place was alright… don’t let google mislead you when it says: “Located in: Royal City Mail…” it looks like it says Royal City Mall. I made the mistake and was looking for it inside the mall.There hours aren’t terribly convenient as I finish work at 430pm and they’re only open til 530pm weekdays.Staff was friendly and found my package quickly.As many other reviewers have commented about FedEx, I was home the day they delivered, and never received any notifications. It was inconvenient for me to go pick it up.

Apparently, FedEx has been to my building 3 times and my package hasn’t been deliverable. I live in a security building and they’d have just needed to hand my package to reception. Also, they only alerted me the “third and last” time they tried to deliver. This package has a very expensive order in it, that I don’t want to get a refund for.I had this issue the last time I shopped online and the company used FedEx. If I could give them less than 1 star, I would.
