Menu is tapas style and approximately 10 dishes. While limited in number all were delicious. We were a group of 4 and shared the 4 main tapas offerings (i.e. salad, chicken wings, prawns and charcuterie) . That was more than sufficient and each was delicious. With respect to the surroundings; you are looking south across the vineyard and down the valley. Very scenic and peaceful. Staff are so welcoming and knowledgeable of their wine. I would eat here again.

Our reservation was for 5 pm . We arrived at 5 and were seated right away. It then took about 15 minutes to bring us water and take our drink order. At that time we ordered a coupe of tapas with intent of ordering more. We were not told that the kitchen closes at 5:30. Had they told us this when we were seated we would have ordered more food. So as a result we finished our wine tasting and left to get more food elsewhere. I think when you're doing a tapas experience at that time of day they should inform you that the kitchen closes at 5:30.

The food was lovely but a little overpriced for what you get. But I guess you're paying for the beautiful view.

The food was made well, ingredients were fresh, and portions were on par with the price. There were a few items I really enjoyed and a few dishes that were lack luster. Overall it was quite good and we'd go back for the food. The wine however is terrible. You can tell that the chef is trying to make items to enhance the poor quality wine. The only exception to this was their brut, which explains why it's now sold out. Acids were high and the fruit was dull.

My husband and I enjoyed tapas and wine tasting at Liquidity. We are on our honeymoon and we were treated very well. The food was excellent and we had some lovely wines. The ambience was breathtaking and the weather was perfect. This is one place that we will definitely go back to.

beautiful setting and view, staff was great, tapas menu had limited options but the items we had were incredible. will definitely plan another visit.

The food we had was fine - nothing too exciting compared to previous experiences here. Wine tasting options were also limited at the table. Tapas Menu too limited and offering winter root veggies as only veggie dish?? Asparagus and peas are locally fresh now... Beautiful view as always. Lovely staff as well.

A magical experience if you're in the Okanagan Falls area. The outdoor patio is spectacular and the food and wine are incredible. Our server was warm and knowledgeable, and the restaurant is classy but relaxed and welcoming. Can't wait to come back!

I wanted the restaurant at Hester Creek, and for some reason I was led to believe this was it. It was not food, it was tasters and very pricy.

The food was fresh and perfect for pairing with wine. We came later in the day so we were the only ones in the restaurant, so it's hard to say what the noise level is like. Our server was knowledgeable and friendly.

Fantastic experience. Stunning setting. Driving into Liquidity feels like entering an art installation. Beautiful! Service was top notch. Everyone we came across was smiling, warm & friendly. The food was creative and delicious! Really really delicious! We ordered almost the entire tapas menu. We were a group of four. Each of us had a different favourite. Don't miss this gem. Grayden our server, was pleasant and professional. Thank you LIQUIDITY! Oh and we left with 3 bottles too.

Came to Liquidity for my birthday lunch and everything was perfect from the view to the staff and the chef making the whole experience absolutely amazing!
