My experiences with Sleep Country have consistently been positive, and the PoCo location's customer service during their 30th anniversary was exceptional. The sales team respected my desire to browse, and a knowledgeable staff member provided informative comparisons between Tempur-Pedic and Posturepedic mattresses. He then tailored a tour to address my specific needs, including finding the optimal mattress for sciatica. His professionalism, compassion, and expertise were impressive. The manager's supportive role was equally commendable. This level of service ensures long-term customer loyalty, and I appreciate the exceptional support provided, solidifying my decision to exclusively patronize this location.
We purchased the Posture peadic Raindrop firm soft and it's amazing!

DO NOT BUY a mattress from here. The mattress will have spring issues and when you go to claim on their warranty they will give you the runaround. We made a claim and they denied it saying there was a spot on the mattress, which there wasn’t and we proved them wrong, then when we resubmitted the claim the said there was improper support which was never mentioned in the first denial. When asked to review the claim again they said they would and never did. You’re better off going to Costco where they actually honour your warranty and back their products they sell. Or order from Endy they are cheaper and never had a problem with their mattresses.

Such effective and quick service. The sales manager knew exactly what I liked within a few comparisons of mattresses. I originally wanted an Endy mattress and quickly realized that trying a mattress in person was the most important thing for me to do personally. Five starts, will definitely be back in the future!

I was at this location twice first I purchased a Bloom Mattress, and both, Dave and Anne helped me, I had a great experience, and we all laughed a little which was very nice. I give them both a 10 out of 10 for the great service. Then I went back a few days later to purchase a posture base. I had great service.
This location is very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for beds, and accessories.

The worst experience that I have had with purchasing mattress from sleep country. I purchased a very expensive mattress due to my back and neck pain, and I assured that the mattress is one of the best for my issue.
After a few months I noticed that the mattress is starting to get soft and my hands got numb and caused me to wake up during night. I called to address the issue and I was told to give some measurements from the surface by putting rulers. I did that and after a few days I received an email that the numbers show that your mattress is fine. I am still trying to understand that how the weight of the ruler can be same as the weight of an average guy to prove the matters softness.
I called back again and I asked for a technician to come and check it. Despite the technician admitted that the mattress is softer than usual, but he had to do the measurements by rulers and it doesn’t show any outrange numbers.
I received an email later that the mattress is good and COMFORT in not part of the warranty. I did not know that why I should have purchased a very expensive mattress when the comfort is not a factor.
I left the issue and tried to give myself another chance to see if I can sleep on it. After a few months my situation got worst, and I could not sleep on this mattress at all .I am a back sleeper and cannot lay on my back more than 5 min ,so I have to turn left or right every time after my hands got numb due to the mattress softness .Eventually, I visited my doctor and was told that sleeping on soft mattress caused all this pain.
Now I have paid over $4000.00 on this mattress by financing, that did not even last one year. I will never ever purchase anything from sleep Country as my money gets wasted. I would definitely have had a better experience, if I had purchased my mattress from anywhere else.

I called customer service and I was told the same thing as before .
They know what to put in their policy that Customers can not return defective products.
Absolute zero customer service on top of zero quality product.

Do not give Sleep Country your business. I came here for help, thinking that the more I pay the better my health would be, I sure was wrong. I asked a sleep country staff to help me find the right mattress. She recommended the most expensive set that was almost 5000$. She recommended a soft pillow top mattress, even though I am a back sleeper. She didn’t care, she just wanted to make the most commission possible. I have been in tremendous back, neck and shoulder pain from sleeping on my back on this mattress for the last 9 years. I have recently tried my wife’s firm mattress, and I can’t believe the difference it made. To wake up without back/shoulder/neck pain for the first time in nine years has made me feel like a new man. I can’t believe I spent almost 5000$ on a set that ended up being awful for my health. I have been seeing physio and RMT trying to figure out what is causing my pain, and by recently trying a different mattress for the first time, I found out Sleep Country caused this. I asked for them to make it right and provide me with a new firmer set, but they don’t care to help me. They lied to me and took advantage of me. Take your business elsewhere, big box outlet has the same mattresses for 1/3 of the price. Spending 5000$ on a set here was truly my biggest regret in my life. Don’t make the same mistake as me. These beds are way over priced, and the staff only cares about commission. Wish I could leave zero stars, thanks for ripping me off for 5000$ and for nine years of pain.

My boyfriend and I were shopping for a new bed. First went to the Brick because they were advertising a big sale. Needless to say that wasn’t a good experience. However Dave at Sleep Country in Port Coquitlam was very welcoming and a great salesman to deal with. He was accommodating to are needs and gave us a deal we couldn’t refuse. If you want to walk out happy I’d suggest to go see him. Very happy with our new mattress!

Terrible experience. I spent too much and am so disappointed. Customer Service turned out to be a ZERO. Do yourself a favor and skip this place.

We will never shop at Sleep Country again. We spent a lot of money on a mattress that has wrecked our sleep. We voiced our concerns to the store after our first night and the lady said we needed to give it time to become more like in store. The bed is still rock hard and is causing us pain. We do not sleep well anymore. We are tired and after waiting for some kind of response we are dissapointed with the offer made to resolve this issue. I was also unhappy to hear that one of the guys during delivery of the bed when we were at work, was going to allow my Mom to give them money for delivery when it had already been taken care of at the store. Big regret! The mattress in the store definitely didn't feel like this.

I was there to try a mattress that I saw before in the other location!The gentleman working here didn’t want to help me at all and keep saying that they don’t have this mattress It was surprise when I show the email from the other location and he said that is a different pricing for different stock and each store has access to different model at the same company!But clearly he didn’t want to help us as soon as I told him what price I get!I believe minimum customer service is required, and I won’t give my business to any sleep country

We came in with an exchange voucher from a mattress I had purchased a few years back that completely fell apart. I told the employees my top priority for a new mattress was longevity. Both Dave and Ann were extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and truly wanted to find the best option for my partner and I! We found our “ideal” mattress that was a bit out of our budget, so they gave us the idea to buy a floor model at a discounted price and we were super happy with that! The new mattress is perfect—has been professionally cleaned and looks brand new. No complaints at all. Highly recommend this location for their expertise.

My husband and I bought a king size bedframe, mattress, and mattress protector from this location. The sales associate (sorry I forgot her name) was very helpful and showed us a number of mattresses to try out. I give her 5/5 stars.The set up was a different story. We purchased the Green Glove Delivery, which means the delivery people would deliver the product into our room, complete the assembly, and set it up. We ordered the Belmont Platform Bed and Headboard. Initially when we signed off on the work, the bed looked fine; it was assembled. However, after a couple of weeks, we noticed one of the legs on the bedframe was set up incorrectly; it was facing in instead of out. Obviously this isn't an aesthetic issue, but a structural issue.We decided not to call Sleep Country and fix it ourselves. Once we took apart the frame on the feet end of the bed, we noticed scratches on the frame and that the leg was missing a screw. We checked the leg on the other corner, and again, the screw was missing! We didn't check the legs near the headboard side, but it's safe to assume there are no screws there either.So not only did the handymen put in the leg incorrectly, but they also decided not to put in screws to secure the legs as instructed in the manual. We are disappointed in their work, because structurally, our bedframe is not secure. And now we have to find time to detach the headboard and disassemble the bedframe to secure the other legs. We are frustrated because we paid for this service ($49.99 plus tax), and the work was faulty and incomplete. And it would be hard to check over their work because it's not like we are going to crawl under the bed to make sure every screw that should be inserted, is inserted. I give the handymen a 1/5 stars.FYI: I tried to call Sleep Country to let them know about our experience with the handymen, but each time the message said there was no one available to take the call; this is why I'm leaving a review here instead. My intent is to give them this feedback so that their handymen can learn from our experience and do better.

I purchased a king size mattress and after 5 days. They delivered a queen size. I told the delivery guys it supposed to be king. PoCo store (Dave) made a mistake and sold queen size and charged me king size. The Delivery guy took back the mattress and now I had no mattress to sleep.When i went to the store right away to ask for a solution they simply laughed saying nothing they can do. They do not have anything in their warehouse and i had to wait for another 10 days for my mattress to be delivered. I specifically told the seller from the beginning before purchasing that i needed that mattress because of my back problems. He said “ in the meantime you can ask a friend to sleep with them” really? With my husband and 2 kids for 10 days. That was really upsetting and unacceptable.I left the store with a promised that they will deliver any other mattress on Monday while I wait for my selected mattress to be delivered. In 10 or more days.Very unprofessional store. I do not recommend them at all
