Very nice and helpful staff, tons of printed information as well. Don't forget to get a selfie with one of the stuffed animals there. There was also a nice mini mountain raised relief map of Kootenay and Banff National Parks.

A boy attended to us, he was very concise and seeing that there were some problems with the language, he made no effort at any time. We returned the next day and the lady who served us was a little better. Maybe it is the norm of the place and more so if you are from Canada and you have a bit of difficulty
