Shopping experience was very friendly. The person I met was very knowledgeable and was very fun to talk to. They introduced all of the watches and made some recommendations based on the information I gave them. Additionally, they had a decent collection available to view, with most name brands I was looking for. Something to note is they provide free adjustments to the watchband (lifetime adjustments with proof of purchase), however, once you adjust the watch band, you can no longer return the watch under normal circumstances. My watch came with a 3 year manufacturers warranty but your mileage may vary.

Came to shop for a pair of wedding bands. Its not a massive selection but Jacky was extremely helpful from the first visit to our third. The rest of the staff we interacted with are great too!

Had a good experience there.The staff. Are so nice and helpful. Especially,Ms. Marinel helped me to find the ring i was looking for. She outstanding experience.As well , in the boxing week , they have a real sale compared with the other stores in Richmond mallI was so happy and satisfied with my shopping there.

great service from Ada i think was her name, the old guy didn't know much the trainee didn't know much about the diamonds but she was quite knowledgable and very helpful and was prompt with getting everything to me as quick as possible and there diamonds shine. Thanks

Had a good experience here from the staff. Needed to replace a watchband through warranty and the staff member followed through the process and was very attentive throughout.

I had a necklace previously bought from the store a while back and my chain broke. I took the chain in for repairs and when I got it back it looked like it was just melted together, and then the chain broke again less then a month after repairing it.

My sister was looking at the rings and requested to try one of them on. One of your older male employees repeatedly asked very rudely " Are you going to buy it? " With reluctance he went behind the counter and let her try the ring on. Probably never coming back because of this very rude service. Not impressed. Sadly I will be sharing this experience with my friends and Instagram followers ;)

Terrible service. I ordered the rings in size 9, after 2 weeks I went to pick up. And they gave me a 8.5 size rings, and keep telling me it fits in another man's finger who is size 9, coz they tried to put it on, and it fits to another person!Wondering why they gave me a wrong size, which I ordered. Plus, why my rings will put it on someone's finger. Also, they did not reconfirm the size is correct or not when the rings been delivered to the store.The sales representative keep making different excuse to try to let me pay the rest of payment. And telling me that I cannot refund. Waiting for her to talk to the manager for 5 min. , and can make the refund finally.This store screw up my wedding anniversary day!Such a horrible customer service and experience!!!

Went by this store yesterday to check out the Bulova lunar pilot. Vincent was the one assisting me with the watch. He seems to be very passionate and knowledge for watches. Although I was not buying and simply wanted to see the watch, he generously helped me out either way. Very professional for his age. Definitely will come back and buy this watch from him in the near future.
