I went to redeem some items using my membership points yesterday at this location and Nina was super patient and helpful in providing information about the current Black Friday sales. I am grateful that she provided some samples for my mom to try the premium line and see if it would be a good fit for her skin. I hope to encounter more customer service ladies like Nina!

I have never gone into this store before, however, I went in to look for some skincare products for my Mom and was surprised they are carrying so many Korean skincare products. The store staffs are extremely nice and patient and they are very knowledgeable on all the products. Finally, I bought a set of Hanyul skincare with 20% off discount . The staff gave me a mounds of samples and even did the gift wrapping for me. If I'll buy another gift again, I would think of this place. I just love how they accommodate their customers and happy with the products.

I can't believe it. Sulwahoo is offering 40% off and its cost me $57.12. This is the limited edition with the fancy packing. I love to use it.

Good product selection. I think many customers are of Asian origin because Korean products seem suit to their skin. Bought shampoo and sleep mask. When they have sales, you could get really good deals.
