They are so rude and stuck up and they really have no reason to be. Especially the Asian girls with the huge false lashes. Reality check you work at Aritzia not Louis Vuitton or Gucci. Used to be a regular here but won't be coming to this location anymore. There are the rare few of stylists which are kind and helpful but it's not common.

Shanley was exceptional! She assisted me in trying on clothes in the fitting room and even brought several similar outfits, making recommendations. I was highly satisfied with her friendly customer service.

They don’t give you your receipt on purpose so you can’t return or exchange. Happened to me 5+ times.

I personally prefer shopping at this location over other Aritzia stores. One of the staffs called Mackenzie was really nice and helped me find the color I wanted for a specific item.

Very bad shopping experience! One of the skirt we want to buy has no tag on it, check the price with staff and show me 28.99 in the system, but when we check out, it’s showing 31.99 without tax, asking for the reason, the counter says this skirt is belong to whale house, all the whale house bottom is 39.99 with Black Friday deal 20% OFF is 31.99. But the skirt is showing 28.99 in their system, so that’s means all the skirt they raise the price to 39.99 and sale with the Black Friday deal, this is the act of swindling, and the counter attitude is really bad

If I could give 0 stars I would, I was looking at puffy jackets with my wife. Got approached by the floor staff over 6 times about how we should give them the jacket that we were trying to pick so they can put it on the counter. Unprofessional staff, one of the staff came over twice within 2 min. They ask for my wife’s name. Anyhow bought the jacket and left. Don’t Judge people by the their appearances. Absolutely Garbage attitude beyond.

I had an unpleasant experience with a fat and dark skinned Filipino staff member with sick accent at the door. He ignored me when I tried to ask a question, turned to greet another guest, and walked away when I attempted to approach him again. His behavior was unwarranted and his attitude was unprofessional.

Worst experience I’ve had shopping at a retail store. 1. My items were missing when they took it to start a room for me, but luckily found in another section. 2. Had 4 people guys and girls open the curtain to my change room while I was changing and guys sitting on the couch outside my change room so it felt like I was on display. It is already anxiety rushing and confidence challenging to come out to the group mirrors, but having the curtain opened while changing on multiple occasions was a distribution to my privacy.

The customer service was the worst I've encountered. When I visited the store with my daughter, we were met with two cashiers who had a really bad attitude. It made the shopping experience unpleasant and uncomfortable. As a customer, I expect a friendly and welcoming environment when I shop, but unfortunately, that was not the case on this occasion. I hope Aritzia takes this feedback seriously and works on improving their customer service to create a better shopping atmosphere for everyone.

The girls working the fitting room were very blunt and had a terrible attitude and the cashier acted like I was gone before she even handed me my bag. Giving 5 stars because Annie started the fitting room for me and was very sweet right from the beginning. It made my shopping trip alot more enjoyable. Thank you!

I shopped here a few days ago and the location is great to find some sale items that you don’t usually see. The music was pretty fun too. Lots of staff who want to help you. I think Giana helped me and she was really sweet which helped make my experience there more genuine.

Clothings are so cute and trendy, and friendly and such nice workers.I realized that I’ve lost my earring and came back to the shop 2 hours later from my first visit, stuff who assisted me earlier even remembered my name and they looked for my earring with me….! Can’t thank them enough!

Very pushy customer service. I was repeatedly hawked on by a squeaky high pitched salesgirl that did absolutely nothing but kept insisting she take my stuff for me. I did not let her. I was already being helped by a nice young gentleman. When it came time to pay, I overheard that the sale was going to who I presume was the pushy girl named charlotte or chantel. Pretty sure that the guy that actually helped me got nothing which is unfortunate because his customer service and emotional intelligence was much higher than the squealy girl.
