NO WARANTEE...Read this dishonest dealers LIEING respose....I bought an S4 from from this dealer with 44k on it and Audi will not honour the warantee. A beautiful, useless car... You will see from their response that they will use ANY excuse not to honour their warantee. I HAVE NEVER BEEN TO THIER VICTORIA DEALER! Check the one star reviews BEFORE you commit. They have a lovely way of denying responsibility.... and what is ABS who is supposed to contact me ? Because that was a lie....

Had a strange experience here. Went to buy a q3. It was the end of the day. The staff were friendly and said they would follow up with us by phone the next day regarding the trade of our car since it was the end of the day. We were attempting to trade a 2013 car with only 84k km and only a few minor repair issues. I was shocked when they called the next day and offered me a trade so shockingly low that it was an insult and essentially refusing my trade. I then took my business to another Audi dealer and within a few hours of this dealership refusing my trade, I had a new Audi q3, and was offered literally 7.5x the amount this dealership offered me (7500 vs 500-1000?!?). If you don’t want my business, I am more than happy to take it elsewhere.

Their service department is the best in lower mainland. And the team takes care of their customer’s so well. I’d recommend asking for Tharsan or Nelson in service whenever you visit and be assured for the best.

there’s a an sales associate who stood outfrom the rest .. really knew his audi line especially the etron.. was very courteous and resourceful about the electric vehicles. his name was Elery .. if you have questions about the E tron line please give him a try. he’s on point.

We bought our car a month ago and we are so happy with our purchase! We test drove quite a few different electric cars and decided on the Audi Q4 e-tron. The customer service and test drive from Michael Chung was exceptional. He never rushed us; we went back 3 times! He was super knowledgable and very friendly. On pick up day, Keith was amazing! He went through all the functions of the car and helped us set it up. Again, it couldn't have gone smoother. I would highly recommend both these guys!!
